Bien situado si quieres evitar el tráfico de la ciudad. Trato correcto pero con personal escaso. Habitación correcta y a falta de algo de mantenimiento. Desayuno mal atendido por la escasez de personal que debe estar en recepción y en el comedor.

Fuimos una compañera y yo. Pedimos la carta de menús y la bebida. Agua mineral fría. Nos ponen una botella sin cierre y al probarla tenía sabor desagradable a cloro. Se lo comento y digo que es agua del grifo. Hablo con la encargada y me dice que ese agua se la dan a las personas mayores del imserso, y que si es del grifo, UNA VERGÜENZA Y UN DELITO. Nos fuimos, pues si hacen esto con el agua de 0’40€ que no harán en la comida. NO VOLVERENOS.

Fuimos a comer entre semana reservando previamente. Resulta que dentro de su menú no había casi nada disponible, nada de pescado ni marisco, siendo su especialidad. El resultado fue irnos sin comer porque no tenían de lo que habíamos pedido incluso después de decirnos que sí.

La comida mala calidad, mal servicio, mal ambiente. Ensaladilla pasada, ácida. Escalope de ternera gallega?? Por favor que falta de respeto. Incomible todo. Los empleados no tienen la culpa, pero saben la calidad de los productos que tienen entre manos, me imagino.

Hotel en una urbanización a 5 km de Segovia. Habitación correcta y limpia. Cuarto de baño nuevo. Limpieza muy correcta y comida también. Empleados súper amables en todos los aspectos. No tenemos queja.

Al parecer la dirección del hotel cree que los jubilados somos unos tontos ignorantes que se nos puede tratar de cual quier manera Pero no somos imbéciles sabemos reconocer cuando se nos quiere tomar el pelo el servicio del restaurante de pena desastroso todo mi respeto a los camarer@s como personas pero como trabajadores dejan mucho que desear punto y aparte para la limpieza el techo del comedor lleno de telarañas las sillas de la cafetería por la parte de abajo colgaban también las telarañas la limpieza en la habitación deja mucho que desear WiFi en todo el hotel ¡bueno sería menos en mi habitación si no le interesa el imserso que no lo coja Pero que no trate de esta forma a las PERSONAS

Reservamos el restaurante con menús acordados por escrito para 26 personas. Desorganización total en el servicio: bebidas sin servir con el primer plato; arroz pasado, platos con mal sabor, platos sin servir cuando otros ya habiamos terminado... Lo único bueno, la carne a la piedra. No volveremos, lo siento.

Servicio muy malo, cierran la puerta de entrada por la noche siendo un hotel que se deberia poder entrar las 24 horas del dia. Comida bastante mala y mala organizacion en el servicio, camareros malos y muy mala atencion.
