This hotel is very very very very bad. The facilities are OK, but the hotel service is terrible. They booked the room without asking if you want to stay longer. When you want to stay longer, they told you that there is no room and asked you to pay more to upgrade. This is the first time I have come across such a rubbish hotel. The sheets and pillows are also very dirty. The pillows are all yellow. I don't recommend staying here at all.

For staff who pick up dirty cutlery from the dining table at breakfast, please give them a briefing to be friendlier to guests, for example with a smile, greeting, or excuse me ma'am/sir, I'll take the plate, why is this a bit mean-faced, haha. As for the room, it's okay, I like it clean, ablution friendly, for standard food menus, parking is a bit difficult.

The breakfast menu is normal, cold and hard, the dory fish is hard and cold, the pempek is hard, the chicken is soy sauce with sweet peanut sauce, it's like gado2... it's strange that the taste of all the food makes you lose your appetite... sorry you don't have a lot of food on the table so it's a waste..... Breakfast service doesn't have a friendly smile, the face is grumpy and annoyed... very different from the old reviews... only 1 security guard or guard working... slow response to open or help with items in the trolley for a long time
