Excellent Room, spacious and very clean. Reception was not particularly efficient as they had my details from a previous visit a few earlier but had aligned someone else's passport as mine On the system ! Evening meal was a debacle. The waitress was totally indifferent and despite showing her on Google translate the words "well done" which she acknowledged, our meals came out pink and bloody in the middle. However, breakfast was a superb contrast with a very friendly and helpful waitress. Car park charge is totally unnecessary by the hotel if using the underground car park and outside parking is a few spaces or use the road. Very unlikely to use this hotel again.

La verdad es que Palencia tiene una oferta hotelera muy corta. Este aunque es el que más nos gusta es un lugar "sin Alma" Otro problema es que está a 30minutos andando del centro. Sin cafetería, con máquinas expendedoras a la entrada... Se aparca fácil en el exterior

Quiero expresar por este medio, mi descontento con el hotel, explicando brevemente en que consistió. Hago la reserva , me viene confirmación del mismo; pasados unos días me envían un correo comunicándome que había habido un error en la reserva y que ahora se veía cancelada. Señores del Hotel, eso está muy mal, corrijan sus deficiencias comunicativas, y no confundan a los que quieren alojarse en su establecimiento. Siento , créanme , escribir textos como este.

Nice clean hotel. However, Friday night and the bar and restaurant closed. Breakfast not available until 8am. Would not have booked this hotel if had known.

Me gustó: recalcaría la buena atención de la camarera del desayuno y la estupenda predisposición, su nombre era Sonia. La variedad y la buena bollería. La limpieza de la habitación, la facilidad de parking en la zona y está a 15 minutos andando del centro, es una buena opción para Palencia, teniendo en cuenta que es una ciudad pequeña y cómoda de caminar, además en la mayoría de las calles del centro no se puede aparcar o son peatonales. No me gustó: el aislamiento acústico entre habitaciones, se oyen demasiado las habitaciones colindantes, baños, conversaciones, ducha.

Hotel de carretera junto a una rotonda con mal aislamiento y que nunca debió considerarse de 4 estrellas. Situado entre dos gasolineras y un decathlon tiene un precio desproporcionado y un servicio de hostal de 2 estrellas. Desayuno a 14,90 por persona.

Estálo suficientemente lejos para obligarse a dar un paseo de quince minutos al centro y lo suficientemente cerca para volver cuando uno se sienta cansado. Por lo demás, mantiene las características de todo AC: limpio, habitación no muy grande, pero cómoda...

Centrally located, safe underground parking and out of the sun. The hotel was very presentable, reception staff very helpful and friendly, and restaurant staff at breakfast were very smiley and made you feel very welcome.
