A place that is horribly noisy with a courtyard where people scream at each other in the middle of the night and neighbours blasting their deafening music at all time. The room was bleak and small. The location, although very central is intimidating, in the middle of the old section of Palermo with destroyed buildings waiting to be renovated. Needless to say I will never be back.

Ho alloggiato per 4 notti in questa meravigliosa, situata in una posiziona davvero strategica per la citta' di Palermo. Di giorno la zona e' ricca di mercati rionali, come il famoso mercato di Ballaro', e di sera si anima con locali e ristoranti tipici. Zona davvero ben collegata con i mezzi di trasposto, la fermata il bus per l'aeroporto e' a circa 300 metri. Struttura nuova con il massimo comfort, e sempre fresca nel periodo estivo. Spazi comuni ampi e sempre disponibili. Buona la colazione, molto assortita. Abbiamo avuto un problemino con la porta del bagno e subito dopo mezzora e' arrivato il falegname che ha riparato la serratura. Personale davvero disponibile e accogliente. La consiglio fortemente vista anche il rapporto qualita-prezzo.

Ubicado en el centro, este sitio puede parecer intimidante por el barrio alrededor pero quizás eso es lo mas atractivo. A waliking distance de todos los sitios, su ubicación es inmejorable, sus facilidades excelentes, buen desayuno y con un excelente servicio.

Ambiente moderno, si nota che è stato ristrutturato di recente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere le principali attrattive della città. Unica pecca, colazione migliorabile, poca scelta.

Mi sono recato in questo B&B perchè vedendo le foto e leggendo le recensioni mi sono fatto ingolosire visto la centralità del posto. Ma.... purtroppo il B&B e all'interno di un cortile parecchio rumoroso sia di giorno ( che ci può stare ) ma anche di notte dove ci sono bimbi e ragazzi che urlano , gente che smonta le macchine alle 02.00 di notte ecc ecc. Le scale per salire al B&B non proprio pulitissime con ragazzi seduti sui gradini che a momenti non si spostano. Veniamo alla struttura, camere belle , letto abbastanza comodo a me il memory non piace sinceramente ,manca a mio parere qualcosa in bagno dove appoggiare shampoo e bagno schiuma all'interno della doccia. Purtroppo una cosa che mi ha deluso parecchio è stata la mancanza della colazione servita sul terrazzo come da foto e non so il perchè , in alternativa ti mandano a far colazione al bar vicino dove non puoi mangiare quello che vuoi.
