A B&B of this quality in the center of Palermo is rare! We spent two nights there during our stay in Palermo. Giada's welcome is exceptional, with unparalleled sympathy and simplicity. Very good advice for having a good time in Palermo. The place is atypical, very well restored, with very well appointed rooms. Breakfast is great. Don’t be fooled by the maze of streets leading you to the accommodation, the place is exceptional. I will keep this address carefully!

Very well located ! Access of the hotel to the Main Street is super easy and close ! Parking around the hotel is available just ask the front dest where to park to make sure you won’t get a ticket, however try to avoid coming in with a car cos the access to the city center is a nightmare due to road blocks and one ways !!! Room is cute ! Mattress and pillows very comfortable ! Nice Breakfast in a small garden ! And the highlights of this hotel are 2 things : - Jada the receptionist that’s super nice and veryyy helpful and -the terrasse that’s cute and practical !

Very well located in the heart of the "Centro Storico" but better to be on foot. Beautiful building in cut stone and beams with an interesting interior decoration mixing old, modern and Sicilian style. Good comfort and complete equipment (we chose 2 bedrooms connected by a living room: plenty of space!). A big thank you to Jade (Giada) for her kindness and especially her assistance in resolving our problems. Pleasant breakfasts (ask for the charcuterie/cheese plate) in an outdoor room, but we regret that the orange juice is artificial. Please note, however, that in the off-season the terrace is of no interest (breakfast is not served there) and that the metal stairs are very noisy. In the event of strong winds, the openings of the installation vibrate and make an infernal noise at night.

Excellent - really quiet but very central location. Super comfy beds and bedding, everything is clean and new, and the ladies here could not be more helpful. Good breakfast and no music in the dining room which is a v welcome change.

Very quant hotel with every room different. Hotel provides a continental breakfast and endless tea and coffee. I would recommend this hotel if you want to explore Palermo, otherwise a hotel outside may be a better option.

Delightful hotel, in a strategic position, in the heart of the historic center of Palermo. Rooms furnished with refinement and originality, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all comforts. All the services are impeccable and the breakfast excellent. This is an authentic Italian townhouse and we couldn’t have asked for more from the first place on our road trip around Sicily. If you enjoy classic interior, you will love this place. Lovely architecture, decorated with antique furniture. We had the room on the top floor, with an accent shower in the middle of the room and lovely views of the city (windows with shutters make the windows a great content opportunity). The building is very safe, with all the doors having securely locks. The room has a modest set of toiletries and simple, continental breakfast is served in a quiet courtyard. Giada is very welcoming and helpful. She printed a map of Palermo for us and gave advice on where to go. Also in the room you will find plenty of recommendations on what to do / where to eat / what to see. Thank you for a perfect first stop in Sicily.

We stayed at the Locanda for two weeks. The location of the Locanda is perfect to explore the center of Palermo and not only. Giada and the rest of the staff were beyond great and helped us with any type of advice and support. The facility is well kept, clean and perfect to rest during the night.
