We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The room, terrace and breakfast areas are stunning and every single member of staff is the very very best. To say we were made welcome is an understatement, we were at home, really at home. Can't wait to stay again xxx

Pros: - location is a 5-minute walk from the railway station, from where buses go both to Palermo airport and to other cities - the street looks quite safe even in the evening, but it’s difficult to call it clean. The area is generally unattractive - it’s convenient to walk both to the center and towards the sea. There is a nice park nearby (Villa Giulia). On the way to it (on the side of the hotel), there is a good bar-pasticeria Bar Touring (cocktails, coffee, a large selection of cakes and pastries, ice cream) - the room was quite clean upon check-in (there was a room with an entrance from the patio). I saw photos from other reviews, in my case everything in the room was fine and in working order - a good, fairly powerful hairdryer in the bathroom - breakfast is not the most delicious and varied (boiled eggs, cheese, a couple of types of cold cuts, toast bread, jam, yogurt, croissants), but you won’t go hungry Minuses: - poor sound insulation (you can hear everything and everyone, especially from the patio). If you are a light sleeper and go to bed early or get up late, take earplugs with you - during 4 days of stay they never did cleaning or took out the trash - the room had a large table and 4 chairs, but there wasn’t even an electric kettle or cup to make tea - the staff at the reception is almost never on site, most of the time it is locked.

The property for a short stay is normal, with a good location. The room was clean. As for the amenities in the room - the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was sliding out, my back hurt in the morning, the sheet had a small hole, the air conditioning in the room did not work, it was cold, but there were blankets. Breakfast is monotonous, very little choice. The service is loyal at the hotel, the staff is friendly.

Central location, easy to walk everywhere. Very quiet and cosy stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Our host Andrea ensured that we have everything we needed. Good breakfast and coffee ! Very friendly staff.

Empty reception and remained empty the four days of stay. A neighbor gives us access. Depressing room. Moldy shower. Plug hanging. Refrigerator without being able to plug in. Pillow, very dirty. Rotten closet blanket smell. They don't clean the room any day. They only make the bed one day, but without sweeping or cleaning the bathroom. They don't change the towels. Poor breakfast with shared butter. Night party without letting you sleep. We protest and they get angry. Total disaster. Shameful

On holiday for a few days in Palermo we chose this B&B, because it was quite close to the city centre. The room is quite large, the owner and the couple who take care of breakfast are very kind. However, it must be said that the rooms are not at all well looked after, the sheets worn and thin with stains. The bathroom needs maintenance and more cleaning, the shower is full of black mold on the tiles and the plastic curtain sticks to the body. It's a shame... Because it was the only negative point of this beautiful holiday.

A friend and I were delighted, the price-quality ratio was excellent. Huge room, everything clean and breakfast simple but with everything. It is located near the station, the most touristic bus stops and you can walk to the center. It is true that the furniture is a little old but if you are looking for something clean, comfortable and well connected, this is your hotel. The attention is also great.

Ottima sistemazione, camera da letto spaziosa + salotto + bagno, buona la pulizia degli spazi. Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dal mare (foro italico). Colazione abbondante. Su via Lincoln è possibile parcheggiare liberamente (con un pò di fortuna e di pazienza!)

Ho soggiornato per una sola notte. Molto comodo come posizione essendo ubicato vicino alla stazione e hai principali servizi. La stanza è di grandi dimensioni, purtroppo la pecca é la pulizia delle stanze. Il comodino il copriletto il balconcino, in generale c'era molta sporcizia. Senza contare il distributore automatico che si trova proprio fuori dalla stanza che fa un ****** soprattutto di notte, il distributore di shampoo e sapone che si trova nella doccia semivuoti. E il materasso Logoro. Peccato una struttura con ottime potenzialità ma molto trascurata e sporca.

Sono stata a Palermo qualche settimana....essendo che sono una ragazza in sedia a rotelle ho dovuto organizzare tutto nei minimi particolari perché purtroppo in Sicilia la disabilità viene vista non molto bene....ci sono molti disagi con i trasporti pubblici perché se qualche autobus ha la scivola se non c'è nessuno che ti aiuta sono molto ripide... non parliamo per le strutture pubbliche la maggior parte non sono idonei per il disabile in Sicilia deve rimanere a casa ignorante senza uscire autonomamente e visitate come nel suo diritto i posti pubblici ma ci sono strutture dove la sedia non entrava e dove non funzionavano gli ascensori.....comunque invece la struttura dove sono stata per dormire mi aveva garantito che non c'erano gli scalini e il bagno era largo mi ha detto che mancavano solo le maniglie vicino al wc.....invece quando sono arrivati dopo che prendi l'ascensore ci sono ben 3 ostacoli un doppio scalino una scivola molto ripida e un'altro scalino per andare in camera, invece in stanza io non ho potuto fare la doccia perché c'era lo scalino e una porta di vetro e il bagno e piccolo.... il proprietario in tutto ciò è stato gentile non so perché ha visto che non era stato onesto o non so comunque non è adatta per persone con disabilità soprattutto gravi.....ed ogni mattina all'uscita dovevo fare i salti mortali perché l'entrata era piena di spazzatura.....P.s. essendo che ho viaggiato fuori Italia ho notato che la disabilità fuori Italia non esiste perché si lavora e si esce da soli invece in Sicilia io a Palermo non ho vestito nessuno in giro con la sedia a rotelle.....

B&B molto carino, in zona Cina Town ma tranquilla. Si trova parcheggio facilmente. Ospitalità al top. Camere spaziose e pulite
