Nandanvan Resort

This resort is Worst, they are looting money from the guest in the name of security deposit with they don't return to the guest while check out. They will give some n other reason like( the bed was wet, you had delay in check out ect.)while check out and they don't return ur security deposit. The rooms are not clean properly when we enter the room it was musty smell in room no proper ventilation ect. It was my Worst experience in this resort. Please avoid visiting this resort. You have better option in virar west

Horrible food,repetitive for all meals, careless staff, uneducated and unprofessional staff and lethargic attitude.. no care taken in covid situation.. so ***y people cramped in pool.. Horrible placeNo Covid rules followed.. look at the pictures pools crowded.. on a Sunday more than 100 people accommodated and very crowded... worst place to be.. unprofessional staff which was intolerable... spoiled our weekend... Avoid visitinf

One of the worst experiences ever. If you and your family are looking for thrills, like getting drenched in the middle of the night due to AC leaking, then left alone by the housekeeping person, since his phone is switched off. If you want to experience a picnic at a resort where no COVID rules like social distancing are followed, where more than 100 to 150 people are playing in a small swimming pool, where no sanitization is followed Nandanvan is a place to be. We really had a nigh**are, with the mattress drenched in water, kids not able to sleep since no one is available, finally the security guard helps you at 4 am to shift to a different room. A resort with zero social distancing and they were filling the entire resort with more than 200 people, worst experience during COVID.
