Very good services, hotel rooms were clean, hot water available for 24 hours, but accessing vehicle was little bit hard due to narrow street and traffic

Stay was ok, rooms and service is also ok. Nothing fancy, but it’s not worth 2. 5k. Can give better service. There was power cut also

The working staffs are very honest and polite. They're very good 💯😊 and responsible. My family and children are very happy with the food supplied by the hotel. We feel as if we are at home. Their team work is applicable. My son is studying in VISTAS, so we used to come to Pallavaram twice in a year and we have decided to stay in this hotel.

I booked 3 adult and one child, my daughter is 8 yr old for that they charged extra 600 for that. Really feel bad.

Water in flesh is very slow and extra bed is totally waste and very small room compared to photos but the service was good in reception

Though i have mentioned that i will reach the property at 12 o clock midnight the room was prepared once we reached the hotel. Also the receptionist insist us to take another big room with extra cost. Room was not cleaned just room sprayed and given to us. Bath room was terrible. Again at the midnight i request reception to clean room. Bed sheets and blankets are not replaced dirty and smelling. Above all this morning 9:30 the breakfast was finished and many people came after that given only ready-made dosa with tasteless sambar. Seems very bad management. Not worth for the money we paid.
