This property also includes amenities like AC, kitchen, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience. At the Historic Palm Beach Hotel, no car is needed due to the fantastic location with many great Restaurants, Shops, Cafes and Publix Grocery all within a few blocks. Very Quick Summary: No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping, respectful to the unit, building & neighbors, no parties or events & book for the correct number of people staying in the unit. CHECK-IN We have an easy process for check-in and check-out. We aim to provide a 3pm check-in. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate early check-ins as we have the home deep cleaned after each stay. If, for some reason, your check-in is delayed, we will communicate this delay to you as soon as we know of it, but we are not responsible for any troubles it may cause you. CHECK-OUT Check-out is at 11am sharp. Guests must vacate the unit no later than 11AM on the day ending the lease term. There is the ability to store luggage in the lobby if needed to enjoy the town after your 11:00 AM checkout. If guests hold over in occupancy of the premises after the expiration of the term, the guests shall become a tenant at sufferance only and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this lease, so far as applicable, and shall be liable for all damages sustained by the landlord on account of such holding over including lost profits. TRASH Trash room is located right down the hall on the right. When you check out, we ask you to remove your trash. SUPPLIES The home is maintained very well and we do our best to be sure all necessities are stored in the house. However, if we are missing some items, please let us know and we will do our best to replenish these items. Please NOTE FOB Must be returned or there is a charge of $100 US. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES The tenants bear all responsibility for their guests and family members. We are not liable, nor is it an excuse to ask for a discount or cancellation of the lease, for any phobias, fears, sprained ankles, splinters, cuts, bee stings, mosquito bites, tick bites, insect bites, bat bites, allergic reactions, pool injuries, falls, or any other such incidents. If there is any damage that necessitates urgent repairs that need to be performed due to any cause (including, but not limited to: acts of God, tenant irresponsibility, or equipment failure), the tenant will not be compensated for the disruption. In addition, the tenant will grant access to any professionals summoned to the property to fix and/or resolve the issue(s). CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, cable TV access or pool as applicable. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as pools, spas, fireplaces, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk. Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever. Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless property owner and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases. RELEASE Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. We were very deceived by the quality of this property through the photos posted. The lobby & hallways are very dated with blowing fans as it does not have AC. Once arriving inside the unit, the bottom of the couch appears to be falling out with exposing fabric hanging. The picture of the bed in the photos is not the same as the one that is inside the unit. The bathroom towels are random beach towels and the linens for the additional bed smelled soured and were rolled up in a clear trash bag. We did reach out to the unit owners and essentially said too bad, it’s a popular unit so let us know your plans if you decide to go elsewhere. For the price of this unit and quality, I would not recommend.

Walk to Palm Beach Great location to walk to Palm Beach. Bed is small but comfortable. Full size mattress with headboard that is black felt & pieces crumbling. 2 living rooms & kitchen make it easy to make breakfast as Publix is across street. Beach chairs & LLots of towels.
