The food was second to none! Best I’ve ever had!

The rooms are very noisy !! As if living with neighbors!

We stayed at the Brazilian Court when attending a wedding at the Breakers. I cannot say enough good things about my stay there. The service is next level. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for me. From restaurant reservations to spa appointments, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. I loved my stay here.

I come here allot for business, and would absolutely come for pleasure! Every staff member makes me feel sooo welcome! The rooms are beautiful and the amenities awesome! The hotel has so much charm. They treat all of their guests like royalty.

Brazilian Court is a toughie. The location is superb, even if off the ocean, because it is quiet and the very short walk to Worth Ave. is beautiful. The staff is excellent. The terrace cafe is delightful. We stayed this time (4th visit) in one of the suites with an outdoor terrace. Very pleasant. But. There is no value for money here. It's way overpriced (seems to be a chic new trend in Florida). The rooms that were 600-700 3 years ago are now $1200+. That ain't from inflation! The rooms here -- pretty much everything -- are well done. But they are dark and can be gloomy. As nice as they are (physically), you don't want to spend a rainy day in them. Very little light. So yes, a very nice hotel is a very nice setting, but at $1200+ a night just for a room, $1650+ for a very small "suite" ... sayonara!

We didn’t stay in the hotel but visited for dinner, then booked again for brunch. The main thing I lovely about it was that the food (in both size and quality) was more European than American. What I mean by this is that the portions were properly sized (you could eat a whole meal yourself without wasting/taking home) and the food felt like it was cooked more healthily. The restaurant is lovely, well-appointed and comfortable with separate small areas. Great friendly and efficient service. Since we loved dinner, we booked in again for brunch and that was super too. Quite quiet so we had a really relaxed meal and they didn’t rush us at all. A couple of other tables looked like locals, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I would certainly consider staying in the hotel if we were in Palm Beach again. Thank you for looking after us!

I recently spent three nights at this hotel as part of a large group. The location is great, the rooms were a burnished old-school charm in need of maintenance, although they were very clean. There were no outlets by the work station, the closet doors would not close completely, the wooden window blinds in the bedroom and living area were broken, and our shower ranged from cool to lukewarm (never hot). Several other guests in our party had issues with their rooms as well. One had barking dogs next door all night long, another had an air conditioning unit that was either “on” (freezing) or “off” (hot), and another could not turn off the closet light. Where this hotel really falls short for an alleged luxury property, however, is in the service. Breakfast service in the restaurant was completely disorganized. It took multiple requests to get items like a side of butter, orders were forgotten, and servers were dismissive (with the exception of Dylan, who was amazing). Figuring out the billing was a significant ordeal for the staff each day. Cocktails were served without napkins and dripped all over. We scheduled the complimentary boat ride at the front desk and several hours later received a call that the boat was not actually available during our scheduled time. (The ride itself was super fun and the two employees on the boat were wonderful.) While the hotel did not mention it, I will; if you have any elderly or impaired travelers, there is no on-ramp to board or disembark from the boat. At this price point, we expected excellent service and fully functional rooms. With a few exceptions, both were sorely lacking.

The restaurant was exceptional as were the door staff. The front desk and pool service was uneven and should be encouraged to be more guest centered rather than preoccupied. The room had various issues eg. shower door wasn’t sealed well letting water out, room safe needed to be reprogrammed and champagne in the mini bar was flat. It is a beautiful hotel that is in need of TLC.
