This is an iconic hotel that is in the prime location. I had the best Palm Beach experience! I highly recommend the Colony and their signature restaurant Swiftys. The rooms are adorable and the bar scene is fabulous! I love the Pop up shops as well!

Great hotel. Service and staff outstanding. Beautiful room and the vibe generally just so good. I ate at swift’s a few times and loved it. I’ll be back!

the hotel is beautiful, couldn't be a better location. ALL of the staff was top notch, the pool is very nice , never had t o wait for a seat, live music many nights, can't wait to go back

This hotel is well situated and staff is friendly. We had to wait a couple of hours to get our room and the lobby had quite a few people waiting. Fortunately we had made a late lunch reservation so we did that while waiting. They have renovated the rooms but it is not the best renovation. Bathrooms have lovely etched glass and sparkling tile but the floor is left over from the 80s. Not such a big deal. The only bothersome part was that the window sill was stained a dark grey. I imagine there was a leak at some point and I couldn’t tell whether I was having an allergic reaction to it or if it was simply pollen in the air. The restaurant is good. The pool is small and there is no kiddie pool so babies in diapers were in the pool. Beach access is not good but they do offer friendly no cost transportation so you can go to a beach access point. I would stay here again but probably not in the room we had. We are not big pool and beach users.

It is like taking a step back in time -- in a good way. The staff is wonderful and enjoyed the food. Quick and easy to get to the beach. They set up chairs and umbrellas.

Service is first rate. They responded efficiently and enthusiastically to any request. They always had a good suggestion for restaurants and activities. Swifty’s is a great place to dine - food is superb, atmosphere is fun, drinks are imaginative and the weekend music is perfect. The rooms have recently been renovated and have captured the Palm Beach vibe.

Staff are very nice and accommodating. Location is great. Would be better if the beach had restrooms and more food/drink options. Bathroom was small and dated. Not responsive to emails prior to arrival. Overall a great place.

This is my 3rd (and last) time staying at the Colony. The rooms are too small/bathrooms tiny to justify the rate. The walls are paper thin. We heard neighbors full on conversations. The housekeeping staff was lovely, but their carts were in the halls all day and night. There was also a very big dumpster in the hall. Lastly, this is the third time we looked onto a concrete wall, so just not worth the money in my opinion.
