Location is nice and in beach . Rm 510 is in need of maintenance and poorly equipped . 4 glasses, 2 bowls?? No trash can..trickle of water in bathroom sink . Tub and shower need cleaning and caulking .many ceilings paint chipping .. nice pool outside but things are run down . But.,, for being on ocean drive $300 night I’m ok, with the place , but should be better equipped for people looking to cook, eat , etc…

Door knobs broken and the doors got stuck, A.C broken, most windows would not stay open. Only 2 forks 2 spoons, not much to work with in kitchen even though they advertise a full kitchen. Only had 1 dish pod to clean dishes, then you had to wash by hand. Not many towels. No paper towels, barely had plates. The one couche looked dirty and stained like there was to much that happend on the couch. Cant ask for new sheets or comforter, because they said they had to go to another place to replace the sheets or they grab it from another room. "Master Bedroom" with bathroom has the tiniest shower that can barely fit one person in. Had one staff memeber that wasnt the friendliest.. He always said "He dosnt have time" Name was Oscar. Only one elevator so it was hard to get to room, or you had to take the staors. Its not the best for a whole family of 4. Hotel is very old school still using regular keys. Not much to do at the hotel other than the beach which was nice. The restaurant was very nice but is not a place to take kids. It's very fancy though. Just not the best for the younger generations.

We checked into a suite the couch had multiple stains which was reported and nothing was done to clean or move our room. The shower had old bar of soap and carpet damaged. For a property in west palm beach on the ocean, I would have expected more.

It is not a hotel, more apartments. It is old and not well kept. The pool is depressing. The restaurant is depressing. The breakfast is so cheap ! Only a few chairs on the beach. It is a pity because the location is really nice . I suppose it will be closed sometimes for full renovation. Really needed

The Ambassador hotel is a very nice and quiet hotel on the beach. Compared to other resorts in the area, the beach is fairly secluded. Lake Worth pier is two minutes away with nice restaurants and ambiance. The hotel is a bit no frills, but the rooms are like condos, complete with kitchen utensils. We had three small children with us, so the hotel setup was perfect for us. The staff is friendly and helpful. Isabella is very sweet and does a great job managing the breakfast area. This is our fifth time visiting the property, and it always serves well as a nice, quiet family getaway.

It is a beautiful property; the rooms are great, and it is nice that they have kitchens, comfortable beds, and more! We loved it.
