The St. Regis Aruba is hands down spectacular. The design is stunning, and the whole place just feels high-end from the moment you walk in. A few highlights: The Food: Every meal was incredible. The restaurants are top-tier and the quality is consistently great. The Staff: Super friendly and welcoming—they really make the experience feel personal. The Jewelry Store: Honestly, it’s amazing. It’s not your typical hotel gift shop; they have some beautiful, unique pieces. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Aruba, this is definitely the spot. Can’t recommend it enough.

I stopped by Sachi for drinks during my stay in Aruba and had a really nice experience. The cocktails were well made, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service felt attentive without being over the top. Javier was very welcoming and checked in throughout the evening, which added a personal touch. Overall, a great spot for a drink and a sunset view if you're visiting the island.

While the hotel was standard with standard amenities… this was not St Regis caliber. From previous St Regis experiences, we can say with certainty this hotel lacked a lot of the details that you’d expect with St Regis caliber stays. It did not feel luxurious and it was a bit of a disappointment from that perspective. We never saw our butler after first introduction. There were no sweet toddler amenities for our child like other St Regis’ typically include (baby robe and slippers, soap, etc), the towels felt old and mismatched despite only being a year old, there was no valet to bring our bags in when we first arrived, etc. It really was a let down compared to what we have come to expect from other St Regis. Honestly, it seems like they just checked some boxes but no one has actually taken the time to think about what can make this property elevated.

Let me start off by saying the location of this property and closeness to the beach which by the way Palm Beach is amazing. With that said the service is lacking. The butler service is a joke I think when JJ at check in introduced me to Hakeem it was more of a show. I think Hakeem faked putting my number in his phone for personal contact. After that he seemed to turn into Casper the friendly ghost. Never once contacted me or came by my suite. St Regis pushes their signature butler service not in Aruba. We were there for five nights so got a great sense of the place. Be very careful on the beach and around the chairs the service very weak people mosied up not guests and were just taking space no check on rooms or keys for the property. The sand was raked every morning I mean the debris moved around. Glass and plastic shards screws and other debris was a daily occurrence. While eating at an Italian restaurant at another resort down off of Palm Beach I saw the property crew using a mechanical sifter to pick up debris let on the beach and I will say the sand was clean and looked very different than the beach area St Regis occupies I will not say this was lesser resort but not on a St Regis level. The staff was ok a few stand outs but when trying to talk to two I was told sorry I don't speak English

It is what you are looking for if simplicity is what you are after. We stayed in a two queen room. Very spacious and clean and well maintained. The balcony offered a nice relaxing view. The pools and the beach was only a few steps away. The resort is not huge and the food was actually great. The beach is actually better than eagle beach and the others. Overall great experience here

There was amazing service at times and then there were moments when things were subpar. Our friends room phone did not work for two days so ordering room service or contacting anyone was an issue, the butler we had assigned to us reached out to us finally on the last night of our stay, the concierge was unhelpful when we tried to locate nearby jet skis. That being said the staff at the restaurants, or those in the hallways were amazing and extremely friendly.

This property makes luxury promises it simply cannot deliver. From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was disappointing and indifferent, with little interest shown in addressing guest concerns or providing the experience expected at this price point. The beach was overcrowded, noisy, and poorly maintained, which made it nearly impossible to relax. Even more frustrating, the hotel failed to enforce its own no-smoking policies on the beach, leaving guests to deal with cigarette smoke despite clear rules supposedly being in place. For the amount of money this property charges, the overall experience was unacceptable. There are significantly better-managed resorts offering far superior service, cleaner facilities, and a much better guest experience at a fraction of the cost.

We stayed at the St Regis to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the stay was incredible. The hotel is quite new and luxurious and the staff very friendly and professional. A big thank you to Ms Paryani and Mr. Reschreiter for such a lovely stay!

An Anniversary We'll Never Forget — The St. Regis Set the Bar Impossibly High My wife and I have been to Jamaica, Turks & Caicos, Grand Cayman, the Bahamas, Cancun, Cozumel, Puerto Rico, the USVI, BVI, and Key West. We wanted to try something different for our anniversary, so we took a chance on Aruba and booked the St. Regis on a whim. Best decision we could have made. It started before we even arrived. The concierge was responsive and helpful, booking us a nice SUV with a super-friendly driver who was waiting the moment we cleared customs. But the real magic happened at the property. We were greeted by our butler, Ruben, who welcomed us with two glasses of champagne and said simply: "Your anniversary starts today." At check-in, the desk agent asked us to wait a moment. He came back and said, "I know you booked a partial ocean view, but that won't work for an anniversary. I've moved you to a premium full ocean view with a large balcony on us." That was our first clue that this property gets it. Ruben walked us to the room and made sure we understood every detail. The space was glorious, a king bed facing floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking our massive balcony, the 7 pools, and some of the clearest water I've ever seen. We were on the 4th floor of 12, high enough to see across the property, low enough to hear the waves. We stepped onto the balcony with our champagne, and within 20 minutes, our bags were already in the room with a handwritten note from Ruben welcoming us and reminding us about the complimentary butler coffee service. That handwritten touch became the theme of our stay. We grabbed iced lattes and cold-pressed juices at Grano Café (their Arubian coffee is fantastic) and headed to Nuba Beach Bar for five-star service overlooking the water. Dinner at Daniel's Steak and Chop was incredible, followed by drinks at the rooftop VUE and closing out the night at Tantrum. Day 2 was all beach, then beachfront dinner at Passions. When we returned to the room, there was another handwritten note from JJ with chocolate-covered strawberries and "Happy Anniversary" written in chocolate. Somehow, they'd figured out our anniversary was May 4th. On the actual day, we did a boat tour with Luciano on the Eden Luca Luxury Yacht. The service was incredible, and honestly, the shrimp fried rice was the best I've ever had. That night we had dinner at Akira Back on the rooftop, more incredible food, wonderful views. When we got back to the room, another handwritten note congratulated us with a fantastic bottle of prosecco and two glasses. We finished the strawberries and drank prosecco on our balcony, listening to the waves. Day 4 started at Grano Café again before a Fofoti jeep tour of the south side with Reggie, who was funny and fun. Our last day was back to the beach, and the service from everyone — especially Jamule at the bar — was exceptional. I ordered the chicken wings with dry rub and their papaya hot sauce for the third time (it's that good). W
