Barceló Aruba - All Inclusive

Lovely location and Aruba is beautiful but sadly very much a 3* experience but definitely 5* prices. The staff were great but food and drink very limited. Multiple themed restaurants had the same limited drinks menu… there was better choice (and quality) on the flight in. The best beer was extra $$ in an all inclusive restaurant! The exception was the Mexican which was lovely authentic food and great service. There was no policing of the people monopolising the loungers (no rules enforced) and terrible communications on arrival. When we couldn’t get into the restaurant we were told we should have booked them all on arrival. Again, 5* to us is not planning your whole week on arrival, but especially poor to not tell you! With a beautiful location and willing staff it could have been so much better!

I came in with low expectations since i had been here before. i added one more star this time. we upgraded to ocean front room and it's worth the extra money. food is just ok. mexican restaurant was my least favorite. i liked the hibachi and italian. breakfast and lunch is just mediocre. the beach bar at royal level is amazing. the pool is good but the music isn't. too much slow country songs. the bed is just ok. most staff did great. lisette (not sure spelling) francisco. the lobby waitresses in bar are fantastic. The royal restaurant waiters, Hiro but i can't remember the other ones name. it's a good deal for location and all inclusive.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Mexican Lindo restaurant at Barceló! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Captain Rodell made sure everything ran smoothly, and our server, Andrew, was friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even better. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying at the resort. Thank you for a fantastic evening!

Let me begin with sharing that I will be a longtime visitor of Barcelo. We came here for a family trip, which happened to be on my daughter’s birthday. Considering the distance traveled, we weren’t able to bring party supplies, Rakesh(security manager) worked closely with me on coordinating something special to make my daughter’s experience memorable. This was our first time traveling intentionally and I must admit that I’ll for sure be returning with my family on all of our future visits to Aruba.

We came to Barceló as a family for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. All of the staff members were incredibly attentive, especially Hayley. She was so sweet, kind, and helpful, and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, from the very first day until the last. Her exceptional service truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We had a wonderful meal at the Arubian Sea Food restaurant at the Barceló resort in Aruba. The tuna was excellent quality, and the kitchen did a fantastic job letting the ingredients really shine. The service was truly professional and friendly — thank you, Jonathan Gillar, for making our dinner such an enjoyable experience!
