We stayed here in April and were very happy with the resort and the amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful and always making sure we were accommodated. Would definitely return only if room was overlooking the pool or waterfront. I would highly recommend this resort, the tiki bar was great along with the bartenders!

This was a much-needed get-away for 3, 50-ish best girlfriends! The staff at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The resort is older so the decor reflects that, but very clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend renting the beach chairs and umbrella. It makes for a really relaxing day at the beach. The staff out on the beach are top-notch! If they ask you to automatically add on a tip, do 20% as they work their rears off all day! They set up the chairs and umbrellas, and also clear away the sea**** for the sea turtles who lay their eggs on that beach. The other visitors at the resort were very friendly. Some own their condos there and are wonderful about recommending places to eat and things to do. The highlight was Thursday night at the marina. The nightly entertainment in the resort restaurant is so fun! The Motown group was our favorite and if you want to boogie, you can! There is a great little shopping plaza nearby with great food and a little gift shop. The restaurant at the Resort was great as well. Overall, this resort was wonderful and we cannot wait to go back next year with our husbands and family!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. Check-in and Check-out were easy and quick. Rooms are comfortable and very clean but a bit outdated and some need repairs and or replacement of some items. Our room location was perfect with views of the pool area plus the ocean. Our only complaint here is tat the Islander Restaurant had some serious staff and organizational issues a few nights we went there. One night in particular we waited over 20 minutes or a waiter and then over 1 1/2 hours to finally get our dinners. But I also understand the restaurant is a separate entity from the hotel. This was our second year here and would we go back absolutely in fact I believe the wife is currently reserving now for next year. Just a wonderful stay... Thank you Palm Beach Resort

I've stayed at this resort half a dozen times and always enjoy my stay. The staff is superb--always ready and available to help, although I really had few problems. When I arrived, my unit's a/c wasn't working properly. It was Sunday so I thought I might have to sweat through the first night, but the chief maintenance guy was there right away and fixed it. He said he's almost always on duty on weekends because that's when so many guests check in. I wasn't especially happy with my unit's location, with a view of the parking lot. So I asked for a change. The front desk told me they were 100 percent full and that the oceanfront rooms were occupied by owners, but the next day Alfredo at the front desk called to offer me another unit with a much better view overlooking the pool and with a partial ocean view. It was perfect. Everything is clean and well-run. The food and drinks at the tiki bar are great, it's a short walk down a boardwalk to the beautiful beach, or just hang out by the excellent large pool all day. On some days, there's live, relaxing music to enjoy. I'll definitely keep returning.

This resort is beautiful! The pool is wonderful and there are lots of lounge chairs available. The onsite restaurant is delicious and other restaurants are within walking distance.

From the moment we arrived everything was excellent. Everything we needed was there on site. The pool the beach and the entertainment were great.We were lucky to have excellent weather. All the employes treated us in a friendly manor. Thanks for making this trip so enjoyable. Hope to see you next year.

I have coming to this resort for 13 years and it always a pleasure to see the activities department staff, especially Carol and Lindsey. They go out of their way to help guests even if it's not part of their job description. I was having a problem with my phone and they tried to help me but it was an issue that only the big bang theory staff of the Apple store could help me with. Thanks for trying.

We really enjoyed our stay again. All the Staff is awesome. Everything is within walking distance from the resort including several great restaurants. Also the beach, pool and on-site restaurant are wonderful.
