We always like staying at Embassy Suites because of the room size ,free daily breakfast and happy hour spirits with snacks. The staff was professional and curtious. The problem was there were shampoo and other lotion were empty. .
Apparently there house keeping goes home so the guest have to go up to looby to receive replacements. .
Thats for linen too. I was carring blanket pillow and sheets tp my room as if I worked there.
This policy does not make the stay comfortable. I didnt know we had to work there.
This policy of housekeeping not being around 24hr does not make a good accomidations model.

there was what appeared to be blood stains on carpet. the sofa was so stained that we would not sit on it. the phones were so old that they would not connect to the office. receptionist did not inform of us many amenities that were available. over all, Motel 6 would've been a better choice.

The lobby and hotel grounds showed recent renovation and looked amazing. Great location just down Hwy-111 from the El Paseo. Only took us minutes to arrive at restaurants and shopping. Very professional, friendly staff was welcoming and helpful.
Our huge King Bedroom hotel room was sparsely furnished with bland, worn out furniture and lacked any decorator touches or bling. This room did not measure up to other Embassy Suites we have stayed at - not even close. We won't be back to this one.

After reading the reviews we were nervous about our booking....

The price for the rooms are totally reasonable, when you add in the savings of having a full breakfast included plus a "happy hour" with 2 free drinks per adult?! Every day...
Yea the rooms are older, outdated etc but they are working on updating them. Maybe its not for you of youre into fancy hotels. But for a family with kids its perfect. All we cared about was a pool and sunshine in palm springs. Very handy staying here with 3 kids as its a 2 min walk to albertsons , dominos, taco del mar.
The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. We will be back with the kids.

Lobby was presentable, staff was friendly, great service . Room had a funky smell, water wouldn’t stop dripping from shower .
