Beautiful and huge resort with 2 waterslides and lazy river. Rooms are big and spacious, but the toilet is too small. There are a couple of restaurants, golf and spa.

Simply one of the nicest and most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed. It's very elegant and the rooms were pretty large. Huge swimming pool and the restaurant had very good food. It is a bit pricey, but we had to go here for two nights based on our friends' recommendations. The views are amazing looking down on the pool and the palm trees. Everything was lit up at night with a large fire pit near the center.

My family and I have been coming to the Omni for the last 4-5 years and have always had excellent service and I always recommend this hotel to friends. This review is regarding the room not the service. First of all the location of the room. The room we were assigned was located at the very last unit of the building. Anymore further, we would be in the golf course. My husband had mentioned where the room we had last year but was told it was an upgrade. Which we accepted. I then requested a room in a different building a little closer to the pool. After a few minutes of searching by the front desk agent. We were told there were none available which seemed unusual because the pool area was not crowded like it had been previous years. After checking in our room, I noticed there was no refrigerator. Had to call the front desk and have one delivered. Also, the ac made a crackling sound when running. I called the front desk but no one answered so I sent a text message and was told will send someone to look at it. After returning from the pool a few hours later, I thought the ac had been addressed but it was not. A few minutes later the ac turned on and the noise was still there. Unsure if anyone was sent since I did not get a response whether the ac was fixed or not. This trip was definitely disappointing.

WORST service ever !!!! During trip 1 I paid for early check in and late checkout . My husband got locked out two hours before our checkout and when he was taking a shower housekeeping walked in on him . The second trip I had the kids in the bathtub with soap on (3 and 6) and they shut our water off !! When I called reception they said oh I am sorry maintenance but no one bothered to tell us . Such bad service!!!

The resort is absolutely great for families. So many fun activities for kids (from the pool, splashtopia, glow in the dark golf, and movie nights!) We really enjoyed out time. The only thing that I would provide some critical feedback about was the cleanliness of the poolside. It seemed that food/beverages would not be cleaned or picked up all day and made the area look dirty. I understand that it may be due to respecting someone's space and unsure if folks are still sitting in that area, but I think it could have been cleaned throughout the day.

The rooms are pretty dated. The carpet was very worn and heavily stained. There were dried blood stains on the sheets. We had to kill 2 large roaches in our room as well as a moth, which freaked out my wife to the point she had trouble sleeping. Walls are very thin. We could hear entire conversations from the room next door and every step the neighbor above took throughout the night. The pools were decent but could use more regular cleaning to remove the bugs in the water. The food was solid at the Bluember, especially the food off the kids menu. All staff were encountered were helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I will not return and do not recommend this to others.

I stayed with a couple of friends, and it was a delightful experience. The drinks were refreshing, the food was excellent, and the staff was courteous and ready to make our stay perfect.
