I am very satisfied with booking a villa. Also booked a hotel room. The hotel room has a musty smell. No shower gel. No shampoo. Only conditioner. But very satisfied with the hotel staff and Ctrip.

The hotel deserves between a 4 & 5 but that's not an option. Regardless, the rooms are nice, the staff is super friendly and the facilities are great. Keep in mind that it's in Indian Wells which is a good half hour from Palm Springs in case that's you're ultimate destination for dining, etc. However, the Indian Wells/Palm Desert area is a little more upscale and there are plenty of things to do and places to eat.

Stayed here before and it was a good time. A little dated despite the renovations. One annoying thing is there was too many under 18 teens at the 18 and over pool which made it unnecessarily crowded. Should definitely regulate that pool more especially since there are multiple family pools where they can hang out. This place doesnโt suck but has become just an average stay and experience.

Check in was super easy, room was very nice, and clean. The Citrus Marketplace by the lobby was great for picking up quick breakfast items. The pool area was amazing. The water slides were awesome, food service from the Roadrunner Cafe by the pool was really convenient. I would definitely recommend this place!

The hotel clearly advertises the kid friendly pool sites , so ofcourse I found out that the pool sites designed for young kids was not used as such and instead used as an adult/young adult drinking site. There was some much negative energy that my family and I found ourselves scared to go back. The security and rules and regulations of the pool were not enforced causing any guest to do whatever they wanted. I expected this to happen at a lower rated location, not a location with good reviews. I will not be returning to this place until my kids are young adults or adults since that is all that this place catered to. Be very warned of taking young children here, don't expect it to go nice and jolly.

Hotel was very nice and better than expected. Very clean and modern. Water slides and pools were great. Service was impeccable!
