Wonderful hotel, very beautiful, away from overtourism

We stayed in a duplex apartment with swimming pool access, perfect for enjoying!
I recommend with friends or family

We have loved the hotel. It has a big bed. Kitchen with appliances. But the best is the jacuzzi that is very large. The pool is also very good. Breakfast was €10 a part, and I thought it was fine. In general Recommended.
The only thing we didn't like is that we were left with a bag of clothes and instead of calling to let them know, they took it out of the bag and there was no way to recover all the content because it was already mixed with other things

Lovely Hotel with a spectacular pool area. However a little out of the way and if you don't have your own transport or use the bus, Taxis can become quite expensive.

la vista bella limpiaban a diario el full day no me parece justo para un huesped intercambia vistana de orlando y paga intercambio rci sale caro y luego vienen por 30 euros a usar piscina y le regalan 4 bebidas y una hamburguesa yo limitaria full day luego la chica de entertainment le dio a todos papas arrugadas menos a mi se desviven por los del full day recepcion amable limpieza igual bar la marriqui antipatica y medio le pregunte hace cuanto no vas a tu pais ? y se molesto le pregunto siempre a todos eso pero vi regañaba a todos le doy 5 puntos a pesar de lo malo por el personal de recepcion el chef colombiano y el bartender cubano que hace unos mojitos buenos el bartender venezolano español normal la maquina de cafe genial el de vainilla eico rico la farmacia en la misma calle genial y el supermercado atras muy practico y el bar cerca

La verdad le falta cosas para animar yo se que el clima estuvo malo pero por lo mismo algo de animacion para divertir a los huéspedes la limpieza en las habitación bien y la comida muy mal de verdad todos los dias lo mismo en el desayuno , los empleados muy amables pero la verdad no fue de nuestro agrado

Exterieur de l hôtel magnifique, très belle piscine et jaccuzi, personnel agréable, juste pour vous améliorer le verre de bienvenue pris au comptoir de la réception dès notre arrivée on a trouvé ça moyen, on aurait préférer sur la terrasse de l accueil ou au bar ça aurait été plus convivial. Intérieur de l appartement spacieux et bien agencé, seul petit bémol four et grille pain vétuste, ainsi que très peu de matériel pour cuisiner et très vieux , une grande poêle aurait ete appréciée.tres jolie vue sur la piscine et ses extérieurs très agréable mais heureusement que nous y sommes en juin car doit être très bruyant en période estivale. Indispensable de louer une voiture car proche des plages et magasins environ 10 minutes en voiture.impossible de s y rendre à pied. Demander le ménage la veille pour le lendemain, pas automatique,laverie assez cher 5 euros pour laver et 5 euros pour sécher, pas d épingle pour étendre. En conclusion, nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Regency et le recommanderions a des amis , roof stop privé en plus de la grande terrasse très agréable .

Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were a bit dated and none of the doors opened properly and got stuck against the floor which was just annoying, also sink didnt drain properly, not a big issue. The location was ok, the shuttle was good for getting to cristianos in the day but taxis at 10-15 euros to the beach and restaurants was more than i expected and made eating out very expensive. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was also pretty expensive but it was nice. The pool and mini golf were great too
