We are coming to the end of our week's stay at this lovely hotel. This will be our third visit and use of the UP level, which we highly recommend. The staff are quite incredible they work tirelessly to maintain the high standards that you see all around you. A special thankyou to Juanjo in the dining room, who's such a pleasant and efficient member of staff, as are the entire dining room crew. Appreciation to Andrea and Jessica, too, name but two who once again work unbelievably hard in the lounge area. For any guests staying at the hotel, you won't find a more professional, amazing hairdresser than Kate who has her own salon in the shopping gallery just off the reception area called EZ salon. My only disappointment would be when booking, we emailed Stefanie Dechert customer relations asking if it would be possible to have a room with a bath. I fully appreciate there are no guarantees, but I felt a little disappointed that I had no bath.(never liked showers) considered throwing myself in the bidet but decided I was to big and it was too small.😁 Finally, a massive thank you to all the hotel staff who are a credit to the Spring Hotel name. I am looking forward to our return in October .
