This is the only hotel that I have been to where I did not want to leave. Travelled with my 83 year old mother for a 7 day break and had the most relaxing time. The staff, hotel, pools, restaurants etc were first class and we have visited many. Requested a room high up and was given a room on the 5th floor which made the visit more memorable. This hotel was so good that I have booked to come back with my husband and friends in November - keep up the good work! Rachael

Spent a week here and cannot fault a thing! We arrived to a welcome drink which was nice. The staff are really friendly and helpful! The hotel is really clean and smells lovely! The pools are really nice, with different temperatures on each of them! Good idea that sunbeds that get reserved early get their towels taken at random between 09:00-10:00 if not being used. Two sunbeds next to us were reserved before 09:00 and were not used until 13:00 so this idea is good for this reason. Really quiet of a night time in the hotel and did not get woken once! Location is amazing, 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants, Churchills bar is a good recommendation, nice and chilled! Amanda on reception was also very welcoming and helpful! Overall lovely holiday and would definitely come back!

Sooo so many delicious options to choose from for breakfast and dinner. Really enjoyed exploring the fruits, veggies, fish, cheeses and specialities. There really is something for everyone.
Nice room and mattress was in perfect condition. Not too hard, not too soft.
So much green around the hotel, loved it.

Ein schönes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Es ist zwar recht groß, aber ich finde das nicht störend. Ich war schon fünfmal dort und habe es jedesmal genossen. Sehr freundliches Stammpersonal, hervorragendes Essen, jeden Abend Livemusik und Tanz am Pool. Es ist immer wieder wie nach Hause kommen. Und den Ort Los Cristianos habe ich in mein Herz geschlossen. Die Altstadt ist sehr schön.

We are coming to the end of our week's stay at this lovely hotel. This will be our third visit and use of the UP level, which we highly recommend. The staff are quite incredible they work tirelessly to maintain the high standards that you see all around you. A special thankyou to Juanjo in the dining room, who's such a pleasant and efficient member of staff, as are the entire dining room crew. Appreciation to Andrea and Jessica, too, name but two who once again work unbelievably hard in the lounge area. For any guests staying at the hotel, you won't find a more professional, amazing hairdresser than Kate who has her own salon in the shopping gallery just off the reception area called EZ salon. My only disappointment would be when booking, we emailed Stefanie Dechert customer relations asking if it would be possible to have a room with a bath. I fully appreciate there are no guarantees, but I felt a little disappointed that I had no bath.(never liked showers) considered throwing myself in the bidet but decided I was to big and it was too small.😁 Finally, a massive thank you to all the hotel staff who are a credit to the Spring Hotel name. I am looking forward to our return in October .

This was my 3rd time hear at this stunning hotel. The reception team are very helpful and make you feel very welcomed. The food is absolutely fantastic in the restaurant. There are great staff as well always say hello to you. Rooms are perfect walk in shower spotless clean every day by the cleaning team. I joined in nearly all of the entrainment activities in the hotel Manual was brilliant at doing the games. On the whole a great holiday will deffo be returning very soon

Just returned from a 17 night stay at this fabulous hotel....10 nights main area and 7 nights on the UP. This was our 5th visit and as always we had a wonderful time. Hotel is spotless, staff are friendly and helpful and the food in the buffet restaurant is really good. Rooms are comfortable and spacious ...yes they may be starting to look a little tired but still enjoyable. Bar service at night had improved since our last visit....much quicker. Hotel is doing it's best to manage the reserving of sunbeds ....one particular lifeguard is really proactive in removing towels off unattended sunbeds between 9 and 10 and they are also trying to improve the standard of evening entertainment by trying out new acts...I think the hotel management have been taking on feedback from guests and responding....well done Arona Gran We visited the La Jarea restaurant and it was as amazing as always. The UP experience is amazing and they now offer a small selection of hot foods at lunch time in addition to the cold buffet. Special thanks to Roccio and Valentin for looking after is in the restaurant and to Anthony and Beatrice on the UP Once again a wonderful holiday...see you later in the year

Excellent hotel where everything was super. Food is brilliant with plenty of choice and 5* service. Rooms were spotless and we had a pleasant surprise of an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful. Everything spotless. Middle pool could do with tiles being cleaned. Male lifeguards on the ball taking towels off the beds if you aren’t there between 9-10am. Female one didn’t bother. There is nothing to fault with his hotel and staff go out of their way to help. So friendly. See you next year if not before Arona Gran. Valerie and Stephen Hindmarch

Een prachtig hotel met uitzicht over de zee. Ligt gelegen aan het begin van de boulevard. Dat geeft als voordeel dat het niet extreem druk voor het hotel is. Het eten is fantastisch, niet elke dag hetzelfde eten bij buffet. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Alles is er goed schoon en fris.
