As it is a recently built hotel, the overall facilities are satisfactory.
Water is not provided.
There is no parking fee, only valet fee.
The view from the pool is very nice.

This is not the Palm Springs experience. Staff are arrogant. Views over the car park. Not as advertised on the website. Wish I had not chosen this hotel. Service is very poor.

The location is perfect for visiting Downtown Palm Springs. So many walkable options for dining. The shops here are mainly tourist items but there was an H&M right beside the hotel, in case you forgot to pack something. The hotel also has bicycles available, if you wanted to go a little farther away.
The staff was very friendly and there were various snacks or drinks offered in the lobby at different times of day.
This is the tallest building around, which is very convenient if you get turned around wandering the streets of Downtown. Just look up and head towards the tallest building.

First time in Palm Springs and won't be the last. Staying here is one of the reasons. We had an amazing suite and the staff all around were great. We were welcomed warmly as a first-time guest and the valets were friendly and fast. Next time, I'd like to try the onsite dining options.

I can't say enough good things about the Kimpton Rowan. Not only are the rooms, location, and amenities exceptional (hello rooftop pool and bar), the staff is world class. They create a seamless experience from start to finish. We worked with their team to host a few of our pre-wedding events here and they're our favorite "vendor" from the weekend. Collaborative, helpful, and thoughtful -- I adore their team. Plus, the location is unbeatable! Heart of downtown without feeling chaotic or busy. You get the great location with elevated bars, restaurants, and services tucked away at the hotel. Worth every single penny in our eyes.
