Best Western Plus Las Brisas Hotel Reviews

Our first time staying downtown Palm Springs and we loved it! The hotel was gorgeous (just like the photos!) Walking distance to the main ***** with lots of restaurant & shopping options, a weekly Thursday night street festival/market and even a Grocery outlet across the street where we were able to stock up on some low cost snacks/drinks. When checking in the staff saw we were staying for 6 nights so ensured we had a quiet room, away from the street - which was thoughtful and appreciated. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. The pool and pool bar with Happy Hour has us feeling like we were in Mexico. As you can probably tell, my fiancé and I loved our stay and will most definitely be back again!

I love the free airport shuttle. The view from the high-rise terrace was really nice. Rooms close to the lift are noisy. But the noise was tolerated by the great view. The location is really great.

We came for our granddaughter’s competition and were very pleased with the location. Beautiful hotel with many beautiful places to sit and enjoy the mountains.

Our second stay here and it was great. We love the pool area and the convenience of being able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast is a nice addition. This time we got a ground level room by the breakfast area and it was noisy in the morning as people walked by.

The property is great but make sure to get the side facing the pool as the rooms on the other side of the hotel faces night clubs that are very noisy and will keep you up all night.

More noise than we would prefer. The building, while well maintained, is an older wood structure. We were on ground level and heard both footsteps and creaking joists when people moved above us.

We have stayed here many times before over the years but this stay was by far the best and most memorable. It was my mom’s 70th birthday and she enjoyed her weekend here very much! The staff was wonderful thanks Renaldo for taking care of us at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and everyone else was courteous and helpful.

Told we would get a first floor room and we were put on the second floor also bed made a loud popping sound every time you moved

We found our room to be noisy. Not just noise from outside which we heard from garbage trucks and the bars next to the hotel but we could hear everyone in the room next to us so the walls are thin. We had adjourning room and that didn’t help with acoustics. The pool area with hot tub was nice and we mostly had it to ourselves. All the flowers and aesthetics were well kept and the pool bar was good and had good food. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day. The hotel is close to the main drag so walking there was easy. I also liked that you can’t rent bikes for 3 hours for only $10.
