Always love staying at this hotel when we visit Palm Springs. Great staff, good crowd at the pool and bar, awesome bar tenders and just overall a wonderful time. Check out Thai smile which is only a few min walk from the hotel too, killer Thai food!

酒店的環境和位置還是可以的，但是服務卻是差強人意。攜程寫明的店內加早餐加$11，酒店方卻按照門市價收$38，跟前台溝通，並出示攜程訂單的標註説明，卻讓我們找攜程。停車費明明是$18，信用卡扣費$25，後來還是找攜程的客服，才追討回來。攜程的售後服務一如既往的好👍 酒店的亂扣費現象，還是希望入住的夥伴們看看賬單吧

The room was basic for the price. The drawers seemed to be falling apart. The outlets seemed to be falling apart. No blankets or sheets on the bed.

Staff did NOT acknowledge me as a Silver Hiltons member, did NOT ask for my HH #, log me in as such, and told me that I was upgraded from a king to a double queen....my experience over the last 20 years of being in Hilton Honors is the two queens option is always less than the king! So no upgrade was really the issue, and I was not given what I signed up for and still paid the 'upgrade' price.
