Booked in November 2022 for a conference in March 2023. Logged in the system in Feb 2023 to print my reservation and found out that all reservation has been canceled! I've tried contacting the hotel - phone number cannot be reached and email couple times to hotel GM but haven't heard back (got GM email address from Choice hotel customer service). Called Choice hotel- the parent company and they said they will try to contact the hotel to contact me back but still no words back. Choice hotel confirms me that the hotel is the one who cancel my reservation without providing any reasons. I've called choice hotel many times and Choice hotel customer service said they will see what they can do about this case since all hotels around there is fully booked for conference during those time.It seems that Choice hotel just give me hopes cuz they said they will contact me back with in 24 hrs but no words from them neither!

DO NOT BOOK at this hotel - booked in October 2022 for a conference in March 2023 - I received a text message December 29 that my reservation is cancelled. I tried to contact the hotel but there is no answer for their phones and their voice mail is full. Tried to contact Choice Hotels (parent company) and despite contacting regular 800 number and their customer service line there is nothing they can do about this. There isn't even a way to submit a complaint on their website since the reservation hasn't happened yet.

Clean, big room, good breakfast, hand sanitizer available. Nice touch the chocolate bars at front desk. Quiet. Pleasant staff. Grounds well maintained . Some reviews for this hotel made us a bit leary, but for economy and quality, this exceeded expectations

We arrived and we’re able to check in a bit earlier. The room had dirty bed sheets and smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. Front desk wouldn’t allow us to move rooms, it took the caretaker (who was very helpful) to come out and look at the alarm before we could move. Both rooms were dark and dingy, hot water was intermittent and the bed sheets in the second room had cigarette burns through them, at this point we were fed up and accepted this would be the standard across the property. Wanted to cool off in the pool, the pool area had potential but the pool itself was filthy. It was dirty and full of grime and cigarette buts. I did not go in the water. Whole place needs to be updated and cleaned. Good location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would not return and I recommend anyone visiting Palm Springs to look elsewhere. I understand it’s a budget hotel but cleanliness and safety shouldn’t be compromised.

A friend and I checked in on May 13 2022. Shortly after checking in we discovered that there was no hot water. We were told by the front desk staff that they were working on it and it would be resolved shortly. At that time, we requested to check out and receive a full refund. We were told that a manager was not available and that a refund would not be possible. Later that day there was still no hot water but we were told it would be restored by the morning. After staying two nights we still had no hot water. Some of the staff members were empathetic and some were just flat out rude. The worst part about it is that they checked us in knowing that there was no hot water. They finally agreed to a partial refund but that was still unacceptable. We reached out to the corporate office and they were in shock at the situation and suggested that I file a dispute with my credit card company.

Well, if you're looking for a romantic getaway, this is not the place for you. Palm Springs lodging is pretty pricey anyway, and the reason this property sells for less will be obvious on your arrival. First, the grounds are abysmal. The parking area and corridors are dirty with wall dents and cracks in the pavement. Sometimes the elevator works; but not all vending machines do. Exercise room is closed off and there was no continental breakfast. Housekeeping only operates for those staying longer than 3 nights. Also, no microwave nor mini-fridge. And someone is putting up a complex adjacent, so there's lots of daytime construction noise. So if you're on a strict budget take your chances here. There are a couple of restaurants sharing the property and Italian cuisine is just across the street. Better yet, there's a discount grocer next to the Italian where maybe you can buy a box of cereal, some bananas, and a small jug of milk substitute for breakfast. The walk to the heart of the town is only 3-4 minutes. So the location works well, especially if you arrive sans transportation. The pool and hot tub were open and some guests were taking advantage. Still, I wouldn't stay here again. That's just my take.

Stay away! Manager won’t allow check in until exactly 3:00, then a line up. He does nothing to help front desk clerk, sneaks away into back room! Is this a franchisee? Room is dirty, blood on sheets, dirty whirlpool, can’t use! No Kleenex, one small soap, nothing in bathroom, need to share soap with sink. Although it is a good location to walk downtown, which gives it one star, the dirty underequipped room is disgusting. No breakfast, due to covid????? Everywhere else is open, an excuse to save money perhaps. On line it advertises breakfast but sign says none. No towels at pool. Manager blames everything on “*******” although this was not booked on ******* site. Stay away from this hotel! Orporate head office for Quality Hotel needs to review this hotel.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Rude front office people Dirty, run down, -20 stars I wouldn’t put my worst enemy there. I felt very unsafe. I will be contacting the better business bureau for sure. This is actually making me never want to book at a quality inn ever again.
