With five of us traveling here to an event at Acrisure, this was the perfect property to accommodate all of us. The villa is spacious, clean, and has a great full kitchen which allowed us to make stir-fry for our Thanksgiving dinner. It sits in a nice neighborhood, and is really quiet. The only issue we encountered was that the office was closed when we arrived - we arrived between 4-5 as instructed, but no one was around. (It was Thanksgiving.). We found the after hours phone, but you cannot use it to make outbound calls. Used my cell phone instead and the first person checked for my name and didn’t find it. He told me to cal the office, which rang and rang until I got a message telling me to call the after hours number. Called that back and got a different person who was more helpful - she put me on hold, called someone from the property who confirmed that my keys were in the combo box, and gave me the combo. Smooth sailing from there. Didn’t get any advance communication from the property that they would be closed when I arrived, but it all worked out in the end. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely maintained 2 bedroom condo with pool and hot tub. Would recommend and stay again. Brand new carpet. Building was probably built in 60s? Family of 4. Close to everything in Palm Springs. Recommend hiking Indian Springs, going to Joshua Tree, and spending a day at the Desert Hot Springs Hotel and Spa on a day pass in their mineral springs hotel/eat at their diner.

The temperature controlled pool was excellent, and the suite was cute and felt just like home. A bit outdated, but I wasnt looking for "modern" and my family and I really enjoyed the space. Will definitely come back!

Property was quiet and clean. There was a slight odor revealing it’s age when we 1st walked in. Pool can use more cleaning.
