I travel for work 6 months out of the year so I stay in lots of motel rooms and short term apartments. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I'm not sure what bed bugs look like but there was a pest infestation in the corner of the mattress. I noticed the linen was reused, or at least just permanently soiled. The front desk woman was very beautiful and friendly but being solicited is totally unprofessional.

I had already been reading the reviews so I went in with pretty low expectations. Tuscany manor exceeded my low expectations, however there was a bit of hope that they may have raised the bar for a clothing optional resort. Sadly not. Save your money and just don’t stay here. Secondly, although the ‘suite’ is spacious the bedding is foul, the bed is saggy and the furniture is beyond dated. God knows when the top cover was washed. The room was dusty, my asthma was playing up. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes for the shower to warm up. The tub was completely worn out. We checked out the ‘playroom’ OH MY GOD Mattresses on the floor, it looked dirty and the last place you’d ever want to play. This is absolutely not a good representation of the LS. The pool area was ok-ish, although they had a canopy (think Walmart) pop up in the pool to provide shade…….. terrible. When you’re spending between $250-$350 a night you’d certainly expect a lot more. Even just having the basics of white linens, clean rooms and an environment that makes you feel relaxed.

This place was filthy. Lights were burned out. Change of bedding and towels were hard to get. Living area was dirty and you could see dust on the furniture. Pool area was not clean, towel and empty beverage containers were left unattended to over night. Baseboards were dirty. Finger prints on the room doors. Other people said the same thing about there rooms.

If you are looking for a great place to unwind for the weekend, you'll love this gem. Located in Palm Springs, his clothing optional resort is all about the freedom that comes with being around other like-minded people. The guests that spend the weekend there are the nicest people I have ever met. I live in Arizona but travel to the Tuscany about 4 times a year for a weekend of sun, swimming, fun, and meeting new people. When the clothes come off, so do the inhibitions and the cares and worries of everyday life. Enjoy the feeling, it's wonderful.

We visited the beautiful Tuscany Manor in Palm Springs ("The Tuscany") for a long weekend in January and had a blast. Not only is this place adults-only, clothing-optional and swinger-friendly but it also has a wonderfully charming, small-hotel feel to it as there are only around 20 suites. All of The Tuscany’s rooms surround and face the central courtyard where there is a very nice pool with lounge chairs, tables and a large hot tub. The views from the courtyard were great! Nearby mountains, lots of trees and random quaint decor. Plus of course all our new friends sunbathing by the pool. In the evening, you can keep warm with drinks sitting around the firepit if the hot tub isn’t your thing. The hosts even bought snacks and a specialty cocktail that they served Saturday afternoon. It was so much fun. If you’ve never bared it all at a clothing optional resort, give this place a shot. You will fit right in regardless of age or body type. It rained a bit one day while we were there but that didn't stop all of from keeping the hot tub occupied at all times of the day. It was very rarely ever empty as there was a big pop-up cover over it keeping our hair dry. When all the guests weren't getting to know each other in the spa or pool, we all wandered bar-crawl style to various rooms with open doors where guests invited us to hang out and party. The Tuscany even has one of their rooms reserved and open 24/7 as a designated playroom where you can REALLY get to know your new neighbors! Being from out of town, we were curious how The Tuscany rates against the 3 other clothing optional resorts in the Palm Springs area. Regulars there told us that the Tuscany is about a 2 out of 4 in terms of tame to raunchy party-atmosphere. So use that info as you will if you are coming here just for the lifestyle aspect. We thought the dynamic of the various guests was amazing. Some were lifestyle, some were just nudists but we all meshed perfectly! If you happen to see older photos of The Tuscany’s courtyard where there is an old white metal fence around the pool area, know that the fence was removed during their adults-only renovation in late 2019. You should also disregard any pre-October 2019 reviews you might read that complain about the hotel and rooms being run-down. The hotel was renovated and changed to adults only at that time. Plus, this place just isn’t the Ritz-Carlton. If things like scuffed baseboards, dirt specks on the floor or loose screws on a towel rack make you go insane, go find yourself a Ramada Inn. If you’re the more laidback type who is accepting of people and hotels as they are, you will quickly see why you need to secure your Tuscany Manor reservations well in advance. Note that they also offer very reasonably priced day-passes. So if your friends beg you to join them but you wait too long, you will find weekends at The Tuscany booked solid which will force you to find somewhere else to stay where you have to tolerate things like stuffy, sui

We visited the Tuscany January 12-15, 2022 and what an amazing experience! Weather was slightly better than Northern California, but the guests all made it hotter. Daytime temperature was about 70 degrees and cold at night but it didn't matter. This is a small hotel with rooms surrounding a central pool and spa area. What we liked most was the communal feel with all the rooms facing the pool which made meeting new friends very easy. The staff was delightful. We will definitely be back when it's warmer.

We had greatly anticipated our stay in Palm Springs after COVID. Its obvious that the place has great potential. The bones of this resort are excellent; with minimal care & investment this place could be a place we'd consider spending weeks at a time, like we did at the old Terra Cotta 2. The rooms are clearly not equipped to handle that type of use. PRO's : 1)Great location-great view of mountains, can walk to restaurants 2)Rooms-suites are nice, all have kitchens CON's: 1) The facility is rundown-the facility has not been adequately maintained or updated, many trip hazards around the pool, jacuzzi has a rough surface which irritates when sitting, rooms are dated (old uncomfortable furniture, various things don't work, ie. lights, appliances) 2)Poor Service- a.No one was in the office when we came in. b.The price for the room we were told on the phone was not on the bill when we showed up. c.The room has a kitchen, but its not adequately equipped to use it. Ex. coffeemaker didn't work but didn't have coffee cups anyway. There was not a pan or silverware. d.We were promised resolutions to some of these issues but follow-up was not timely & results of follow-up were fair. When we had question or wanted to resolve an issue with the room, the office was locked although it said "Open" on the door. e.Couldn't find additional towels which you need in a nudist environment. 3.There were not enough chaise lounges for the number of people that were there.
