The Margaritaville was truly exceptional, from the amenities to the service. This location has a special place in my heart, Even before it was Margaritaville. It still has the same great feeling as when it was The Riviera. Nothing but praise to the people of Palm Springs. I’ll keep coming back until I’m old i believe . You kind of just make homes to certain resorts. This one called my name . Thanks again to the staff.

Initial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

Too spread out, no ice, shop closed in early evening, ridiculous resort fee, too much money for the room, poor layout of facilities did not like would not return

Pool was great, drinks, plenty of chairs, very relaxing. Christian was our server and made sure we always had everything we needed food and drink wise. They even had a cornhole and another game. The pool was a good size. Restrooms were clean.

We liked the location - North of downtown - but a short drive away from many sights and restaurants. The room was very big and a joy to use. There are 2 pools but because of poor weather, we weren't able to take advantage of it. There are also multiple bars in and outside. The pool-side bars were closing early, around 7pm - or were closed. Not something we had expected.

We reported that we were missing a curtain in the room and without it people could see straight into the room, and they never provided one. There was no hot water for our mornings showers, we took freezing cold showers and nothing was done. The shower was dirty, and looked to be in need of some upgrading.
