Old musty rooms need major improvement hard bed but staff were okay

I was expecting a rather poor experience based on some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that the room was recently remodeled. Also everything in the room looked new expect for the shower on-off lever which was strange. Anyway, everything was good but I will note the room was very small but considering the low price I’m not complaining.

Dirty and messy, poor attitude of the waiters, nothing like toothbrushes and slippers, you have to buy your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and it's not cheap, all in all, it's rubbish

The environment is good and quite quiet!

Arrival: difficult to find office in the inside of a courtyard and no sign to it. Edgar the guy on staff insisted I didn’t have a reservation there. He would not check there first to see. He was not helpful, friendly or He sent me to another Motel 6 which sis not have me there. The lady at the other Motel 6 at my begging her, called the original place and I did have a reservation at it I had to wheel and deal for a first or second story room. They only have first and second story. The photo of a giant building in the website is completely wrong. So were other things: you could not turn off the cold fan and it is 55 outside Great: the maintenance man is kindly showed me where the office was the first time and walked over with me. The security guard was so helpful and friendly

The room was smelly, bathroom walls had some blood spots, dresser had some burn marks and tv wasn't working

The room was small but sufficient, however it was right next to the air conditioner that came on about every 1/2 an hour and was quite loud. We were not told that the cleaning service only came every 3 days. It was on the 2nd night that we went to the office and asked why it had not been cleaned that we were informed of this. They said it would be cleaned after the next night. This did not happen and when we went to ask why we were told that it was not on the schedule. They then offered to give us a set of towels which I took. In the meantime, my wife met one of the maids and asked to have it cleaned properly, which she did.

The person in the room above me was mentally deranged! They paced up and down the floor all night! Dropping things on the floor and making noise! The lobby staff and the people hanging around did not give off good vibes! I would not stay there again!

Terrible. Booked online. Prepaid. Arrived as suggested. Not available. Wait for who knows how long, if ever, it will be to be reimbursed. So paid twice. Which second Motel 6 a few blocks away was about $20 more. Ridiculous. 2 email and 3 call and 2 virtual chats and Still no reply, response, or resolution.

There was a line to check in and it took about 15 min. to be helped. There was only one person at the front desk checking In, but another person sitting at the desk. Not once did he offer to help the gentleman with check ins. As I was being checked in, I noticed lots of random people just hanging out loitering. One man seemed to look homeless and really drunk and no one doing anything about it. He was pushing a cart with a mattress on it. That should have been my clue to leave right then and there but I decided to see the room for myself and give it one more chance. Well it was a disaster. The shower drain had been stopped up and everything came up into the shower. And flooded the room. After that I went to ask for a refund! It was disgusting. I took pictures and will be doing a review on it in more detail.

NO frills… not even coffee in room. Room was small but clean (which is most important). Fairly quiet area. Short distance to downtown shopping. Was too cold & rainy to check out the pool area. Pretty much just as advertised.

It seem to be clean, though there was no blanket. Also under the bed was a female, dirty underwear that were left from previous customers so most likely the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

We were given our room keys and got to the room and someone was in our room smoking. Went back to the front desk and they didn’t say anything just gave us a different room. Did not feel safe and little annoyed we were not given a reason why that happened or an apology.
