房間非常糟糕，床上有很多小蟲子，客廳的冰箱一直髮出巨大的噪音。樓上的房客凌晨走來走去，隔音很差。我和家人整個晚上無法入睡。

Nice facility, quiet location and close enough to downtown. I didn’t know it was a Murphy bed which isn’t super comfortable. Also would have been helpful to know that it was upstairs ahead of time. Would have preferred a ground level unit.

Very spacious unit with a home feeling. Pool is good but a bit outdated. The unit was great, clean and comfortable. Close to dining and entertainment. Very friendly staff.

Property is very pretty and quiet. Nice walking areas. We got a studio which had a Murphy bed. Mattress lumpy and pillows have seen better days. This was the only unsatisfactory thing about stay. I would sacrifice space for a real bed. Other than that it was very enjoyable.

Staff were very helpful with our many questions. Unit was clean and. Importable beds. Easy access to downtown Palm Springs. We had upstairs unit with large balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Pool very close to unit. Super vidity

We love staying at the Oasis! Some cosmetic and other updates needed but do not impede the overall enjoyment of the property. Pools this time needed bit more cleaning, seemed like they were not filtering the water as much as at previous stays. We will stay again though as the location, customer service, beautiful views and landscaping can’t be beat.

After hours security was extremely negligent in their duties. Didn’t take a phone with them on rounds so guests could contact them…..AND…..left the back door to the lobby/main building unlocked while on their rounds.

Great place safe to rest and have family vacation. Surrounding was perfect with good garden, trees and flowers around to have photoshoot. Clean place with entrance gate. Hope next time they should verify who made reservation and check their list before they open the gate in front for safety. I like the idea of using the room key to open the front gate so you can enter the premises.with free parking.
