We chose this hotel because it was a reasonable cost, considering the outrageous prices Palm Springs hotels are charging at the moment. It was just OK. We had difficulty finding the place (thank goodness for GPS ) because there did not seem to be any signs on the hotel at all, indicating that it was an Extended Stay. We approached twhat looked like an entrance and were not assured that we were at the correct hotel until we were actually inside. Tim, desk clerk, was very engaging and helpful. The swimming pool was not working because of “sandstorm damage“. The room itself was clean and had all of the basics, including a little kitchenette, which was a plus. There was a somewhat unpleasant odor in the room . Air conditioning was on super blast when we first went in and it was a nice climate control while we were there. The so-called breakfast in the morning was a grab and go with a protein bar, a crumbly, tasteless muffin, and weak coffee. I suggest going elsewhere for a real breakfast.
