We were thrown out of the hotel by the front desk employee while checking in - a rude person that insulted us and called us - an elderly couple - names. The reason: we questioned the purpose of him charging USD 250 to our credit card as security for us not bringing the room key back when leaving the hotel. We had to book another hotel, with extra costs and a lot of distress after a long travel from Denmark.

Really a glorified motel, but they did an excellent job converting and updating it. Comfortable night’s rest. Parking lot was full and had to park on the street.

Clean facility. Staff very helpful.
Rooms floors have hard surfaces. Could use some throw rugs when you get out of the bed.

We were greeted promptly at arrival and were checked in within a matter of minutes. The room is very clean and we absolutely love the decor and style. Our favorite was the rainfall glass shower. The bed was very comfortable.
When we came back after dinner tonight the pool area was very nicely lit by candle light, which was a very nice touch. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Nice place! Only things we didn't like were the check in and the lighting. It doesn't have an open lobby. You need to buzz in. When we tried, we got a recording saying to leave a message. We walked around looking for another entrance but there weren't any. Finally someone drove in who was staying there. His code didn't work so after trying the buzzer for about 5 minutes, we were let in. The man who checked us in said sorry, but he was on the phone. The other drawback was the poor lighting in the room. Made it very difficult to read!
