The property was very sketchy. Didn’t feel safe there at all.
There was hair in the bed and the bed was completely lopsided so I was sinking completely.
All of the shower water runs right on to the bathroom floor.
Our room was directly next to the office and they were up all night being loud. I could hear every word they were saying. I felt awkward even talking in my room because I felt like other people could see me.
The windows were so old and could easily be broken into.
We did not feel comfortable sleeping there over night. We checked in at 3pm and ended up leaving at 10:30pm due to not feeling safe or comfortable in the unit.

Was disappointed. Was a cold night and the heat did not work. They had a small electric heater in the room trying to keep the studio warm. Towel rack fell off the wall when I grabbed the towel. Common area pool area is nice.

Amazing stay great place and the bed was very comfy. Room was very clean. The towels could be updated they were clean but some had a couple stains. But overall had a very enjoyable stay.

Our check in time was 4PM and our room was not ready until almost 6PM. The hotel never contacted me to let me know we wouldn't be able to check in on time. When we arrived at 3PM I called because I never recieved any check-in instructions after registering online and was told it would be between 30 and 45 minutes until the room would be ready. We came back just past 4PM and I had to again reach out for an update.

My TV didn't work. While there was a space heater, it looked very different than any I had ever seen and was not mentioned in the messages which spoke about a thermostat (did nothing). Would be a better place to stay in the warmer months to take advantage of the pool. My friend stayed next door and his room was nicer and his TV worked. I did not contact them about the TV as I got in late each night and just used my iPad. A/C seemed to work but it was cold so I didn't need it.

Clean and cute property. Our shower did not work, we reached out 3 times to the phone number and email provided and no response to get this fixed which was inconvenient for a 2 night stay.

Room 2 is a NO, Makeshift, noisy, next to employee door, people in and out ALL HOURS. Everything else was fine
