Great boutique hotel and lots of peace and quiet. Terry greeted us and was amazing. They offered Tequila Margaritas and they were great. They light up the whole place with romantic candles at night! Continental breakfast offerings are good! Muffins were great and lots of coffee in rooms and in lounge. Lots of towels and chairs at pool and shade if needed. We took the bikes on morning ride and saw lots of downtown area. Restaurants across street or close by for uber or taxi. We loved the Tiki Hut! Only comment is pool was slightly cloudy and could use a deep clean but it was refreshing in the hundred degree sun!

Staff is friendly, accommodating and authentically caring about patron's comfort. The grounds and rooms are well kept and clean. The community kitchen that is open 24/7 is more than well stocked for breakfast. If you desire to cook or have your own food the kitchen provides all the accoutrements you need. Warm pool and even warmer hot tub is lovely along with the overall sweet garden feel of the pool area. Rooms are comfortable. It might be nice if they consolidated a couple rooms to make a suite as all rooms are small. Only changes I would recommend is to upgrade pillows and tub/shower could be upgraded. Great home base for getting to know the Palm Springs area.

Very quaint and cute Hotel, the staff was above and beyond!
But best of all was the heated pool and jacuzzi! Definitely recommend!!

Loved the warm welcome, offering of drinks and snacks. We had a nice room upstairs with a view of the mountains. It was a little noisy from the pool crowd but otherwise everything was great. Next time we will be sure to get a regular bed, the sofa bed was not the most comfortable.

We liked the fact that this was a small hotel for adults only ; no kids !! It was also beautiful with the vegetation, views of the mountains, and the ambience at nighttime with candles lit around the pool, and a sitting area with flaming heat. But the most important feature was a friendly and super-helpful staff !!

My wife, Jenny, and I had a wonderful experience at Hotel California. We are already looking forward to returning! Jenny covered a lot in her review, so I will just add a few, as she likes to say working in a school, “glows” and “grows.” Glow: #1 The little touches like high-quality paper towels, and toilet paper really make a difference! #2 The outdoor seating is divine! Grow: #1 It would be great to have Scrabble as one of the games in the lounge! #2 The pool towels were great to have but could also use updating. Thank you to all of the amazing staff who went out of their way to make our vacation one of the best we’ve ever had!
