The transportation is very convenient. The front desk lady is patient. The room is clean and tidy. The sanitation work is very good. The breakfast is delicious, but there are many varieties and they are fresh. It is well received.

I have to be honest some of the reviews I read were negative. But I had a good experience. Staff was helpful with getting a/c to work. I slept well. Room was quiet. All I can ask for.

Excellent staff. Especially Andrés, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Good rooms, only adjustments would be enforcing the common no noise and lights off after 2200. And more shower and bathroom facilities would make it perfect.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile anche durante la notte: siamo arrivate alle 2 causa ritardo voli e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a fare il check in. Camere pulite e con aria condizionata. La privacy non manca grazie alle tendine che separano dagli spazi comuni, ogni letto è dotato di presa usb e piccola luce. La colazione è varia (dolci, cereali, pane con prosciutto e formaggio, latte e caffè…) soddisfacente per essere gratis. Bagno piccolo ma pulito e funzionale. Esperienza in generale molto positiva, consiglio per un alloggio semplice e confortevole. Consiglio di portare un lucchetto così da poter chiudere i cassetti. Le finestre però non hanno le tende, quindi la mattina entra la luce.

overall condition is great. nice and clean.
BUT
the bed and pillow are excruciating! the material is so badly chosen that they provide no support to your lower back nor neck. the worst sleep experience I've ever had after all those hostels stay. whoever decided to purchase needs to be sacked ASAP!

I was surprised by this hostel. Very nice, clean and equipped with many comforts. Breakfast is also good. Excellent location in the center of Palma. Toilets and showers cleaned continuously and never found in terrible condition. I advise!

Good location, good facilities for a hostel. Good reception service (during the hours they are there), and breakfast included in the price in a good dining room. On the other hand, we have felt “Cheated”. Through Booking I reserved all the beds that made up 1 room for 8 people, and about 8 months in advance. Upon arrival at the hostel, they offered us room number 12, “you share a bathroom with number 13,” they said. Once inside, what was our surprise that, to get to room number 13, they had to go through ours!! The 12!! It looked like a previous hallway that they had taken advantage of. They were not able to relocate us, citing the fact that I reserved beds and not rooms, indicating that they had done us a favor. I remember that from booking I reserved the 8 beds in a single room, and many months in advance. If it contributes something, we were a group of 8 people who were around 40 years old each. Along with this, the air conditioning must be turned on/off from reception. We met at dawn on Saturday to turn it off, given that there is no one there after 11:30 p.m.
