The room was very clean, and the staff cleaned it every morning. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The breakfast offered a good variety, including hot vegetables and eggs. You can ask the staff for toothpaste and a toothbrush, and there's a beach nearby for recreation.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Eurostras Mravins in Palma de Mallorca. Everything was simply perfect - the service was outstanding, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the spa offered one of the best treatments I've ever had. The atmosphere was welcoming and made me feel truly at home. It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca. I can't wait to come back!

I really liked the front desk staff, their service attitude was excellent! There's free water and candy at the front desk. The hotel room was a decent size. The pool is open from 11 AM to 7 PM, and the hygiene was pretty good. There's a safe in the room, and plenty of parking spaces outside.

Great stay, we had our room upgraded and the place is massive and with strong a/c. Breakfast buffet was great too. Plenty of selection and all so fresh. Location is just 7mins walk to Cala Major beach.

The hotel is nice and quiet. Our room was a bit small but clean. Breakfast was incredible, and the staff serving it were very friendly. My only disappointment is that I had informed the hotel that we would be celebrating our anniversary and asked if we could have a nice room (I had booked one with a balcony anyway). Instead, we were given a room on the second floor with a view of neighboring balconies and no sea view at all.
