Nos hospedamos minha mãe e eu do dia 17/08/2023 para 18/08/2023, os funcionários do dia 17/08 realmente precisam melhorar o atendimento. Já o funcionário da noite do dia 17/08 foi excelente e os do dia 18/08 foram perfeitos. Super simpáticos e atenciosos. Hotel no geral muito bom, limpo. Cafe da manhã bem gostoso. Achei barulhento, os vizinhos de quarto chegaram falando muito alto, crianças correndo, minha mae tava cirurgiada. Parece que o hotel não controla muito essas questões.

O hotel é bem localizado e tem ótimo café da manhã. Mas o quarto que ficamos tinha um cheiro ruim e o ar condicionado era barulhento e não refrescava. Passamos bastante calor à noite, ou seja, não dormimos bem. Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência.

Eu não gostei. Não significa que seja ruim.
Estranho, antigo, escuta-se o barulho do corredor, do quarto ao lado.
O banheiro não abria a porta inteira porque tinha uma “mini-pia” que impedia a abertura da porta.
Atendimento da recepção muito bom, com muita presteza. Não tomei café da manhã e não posso falar dele.

Tive uma péssima experiência neste hotel. O hotel sofre muitas quedas de energia e o frigobar descongelou, alagando o quarto. A mochila com meu laptop estava no chão e simplesmente encharcou. Ninguém na recepção fez a mínima questão de me auxiliar. Nem um secador de cabelos havia, pra eu tentar dar uma secada no computador. Mandei um email para o hotel, já faz uma semana e ninguém teve nem a decência de entrar em contato, pra pelo menos perguntar se o laptop danificou. Além disso, os travesseiros são super finos e, se vc precisar de um travesseiro extra, cobram uma taxa de aluguel de travesseiro extra. Decepcionada com a estadia.

O hotel é bem limpo, o chuveiro apesar de ser elétrico, funciona muito bem, cafe da manhã justo pelo preço da estada. A cama é boa, mas o travesseiro mais parece um guardanapo de tão fino. Não voltaria por este motivo, o pouco que consegui dormir, dormi mal pelo travesseiro.

Estadia razoavel toalhas muito velha, ar condicionado fazia um barulho insuportável onde tivemos que trocar de quarto, ha poucas vagas no estacionamento assim deixando os carros na porta do hotel, cafe da manha muito fraco.

O hotel tem atendentes atenciosos, café da manhã gostoso, cama confortável e boa localização. Ponto de atenção para a limpeza, rejunte dos azulejos com mofo e o chão do quarto estava com marcas de calçado. Senti falta de uma tomada próxima a cama.
