Instalações boas, os hall/ dos andares precisa m de uma repintura e o banheiro precisam de uma reposição de pecas de abertura do chuveiros, mas o atendimento do time de check in e check out e cozinha - maravilhosos e compensa as demais falhas!

O atendimento foi impecável! O café da manhã muito gostoso e o quarto muito confortável, limpo, organizado. O hotel possui academia e quarto de passar abertos 24h. A localização é excelente. Não encontrei padaria por perto, porém existem quiosques para lanches e um restaurante bem recomendável ao lado do hotel (Alecrim).

Trabalho viajando e fico muito em hotel, principalmente os das redes IBISz. Este me surpreendeu bastante. Quarto muito bom e limpo, travesseiros bons e cama boa. O que me chamou mais a atenção foi o café da manhã com muitas variedades e o atendimento impecável da Dayene, onde nos tratou com muito carinho. As cozinheiras Angela e Annie são muito boas no que fazem porque me fizeram um omelete excelente. Fico muito feliz em ainda poder encontrar funcionários assim tão dedicados em hoteis. Voltaria me hospedar com certeza!
