酒店在邁阿密南部，臨街位置，二層小樓，很好找，周圍有一些小的賣場和餐飲店。附近走路十分鐘，有一個大賣場Falls，可以去看看。酒店衞生狀況一般，早餐很簡單，勝在價格與周邊酒店相比，便宜一些。

The room was comfortable but a few things were not right. The door to the bathroom did not close unless we banged it and the breakfast was mediocre. Cold eggs and they did not have jam or peanut butter for my toasts

WiFi didn't work for the first day then was so slow I used my phone's Hotspot

The room was fine, they staff was great with everything I needed and asked for. My only concerns were the surrounding area which seemed kind of sketchy and the cleanliness which disappointed me. The toilet had a few poop stains on the upper part, almost hidden beneath the seat and the sheets had noticible stains on them even though they were washed. The smell of mint they used to clean the room is a bit too strong and the pillows aren't that comfortable and the mini fridge wasn't cold enough to keep my ice cream frozen.
The breakfast was very good though and their waffles are incredible, if not for the cleanliness issues I would definitely go back.
