Nineties hotel that seems almost semi-abandoned. Old rooms and furnishings. Faded and torn sofas. Bathroom with related taps etc. from at least thirty years ago, dirty windows. Nothing to do with the way it is presented. The location is excellent and allows you to reach the seafront on foot if you wish. Very friendly and welcoming staff

Not very well looked after from the outside, from the inside, a beautiful swimming pool and large, air-conditioned rooms. Excellent and efficient cleaning service. A really convenient shuttle service to the beach is available given that parking is difficult. Breakfast was not bad, more sweet than savory but rather discreet, unfortunately dinner turned out to be quite disappointing for us and it was a real shame because it would have been really convenient to be able to dine there. For the rest, the structure is still valid

• COCKROACHES everywhere Walking along some corridors (especially the one in the back, from which they let you in in case of events in the structure), you "encounter" cockroaches. We also found one in our room, coming out of the air conditioning vent. • LIMESTONE in the bathrooms The bathroom showed significant signs of limescale that had never been removed • ROOM: beautiful terrace, with a fantastic view from which to admire the beautiful sunsets every day • STAFF: mostly kind, smiling and helpful • STRUCTURE: wonderful but not well-kept. • BREAKFAST: excellent. Very scenic and evocative location. The hotel rooms are very basic, discreet but welcoming, equipped with a very useful small balcony. Satisfactory breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. The structure is suitable for hosting receptions and banquets, but it's a shame that it leaves little space for hotel guests to enjoy the residence in all its splendor. A particular gem is the waterfall in the pool, which is however mainly turned on during special occasions.

I stayed with my family at this beautiful, very scenic and evocative location. Both the exterior and interior are very well kept and clean, the hotel rooms are very basic, spacious and welcoming, equipped with a very useful small balcony. Excellent and well prepared breakfast and menus for lunches and dinners, very friendly and helpful staff. The structure is ideal for receptions and banquets, outdoor spaces and car parks. The residence in all its splendor of the various services, the real beauty is the large swimming pool with waterfall, areas divided for children and hydromassage tub in the center of the pool, truly suitable for all ages and children. Recommended for everyone and also close to the most beautiful seaside areas of Calabria.
