Então, o lugar é bem agradável e arborizado, porém confesso que não vale o custo benefício. O valor é alto para o que é oferecido...o quarto é ok, mas antigo e conservado porém ainda deixa a desejar um pouco a questão da limpeza e conforto. Como ficamos apenas uma noite, isso não nos afetou...mas mesmo assim esperava mais.
O jantar esta super bom, mas o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar mesmo.
Funcionários queridos e prestativos, como eu disse o lugar era bom mas pelo valor teria que ser muito melhor.

Todo bien, lindo entorno. Personal amable y con buena disposición para atender y solucionar problemas que surgieron. No salía agua caliente, había un error en caldera el cual no fue informado, de todas formas el problema fue resuelto.
La habitación no tenia secador de pelo disponible.
Sugerencia verificar que todo es dispuesto antes de entregar habitación.

Estuvimos 2 noches con nuestra hija de 2 años en el hotel, lo pasamos increíble. La atención espectacular, con súper buena disposición tratando siempre de solucionar cualquier requerimiento que tuviéramos. La comida del restaurant muy rica, probamos varios platos todos maravillosos pero destacamos el risotto y los postres! Nos dieron una pieza esquina grande para que estuviéramos cómodos, la cuna instalada cuando llegamos, La cama y las almohadas increíbles muy cómodas! ademas se preocuparon que estuviéramos cerca de todo para no tener que caminar mucho. El desayuno muy bueno se nota que cada producto es de elaboración propia. La piscina ideal para ir con niños grande y con in sector bajito para que puedan jugar tranquilamente dentro de ella. Tiene un gran parque con un balancín y un asiento tipo columpio para que se entretengan. Los jacuzzis son de uso libre solo hay que reservar en la Recepcion, todo prefecto el agua exquisita. La huerta es muy entretenida, así como también se puede caminar por el viñedo ya que está conectado a la viña Estampa. Los masajes una delicia muy relajante, el aceite con rico olor suave sin ser intenso sin quedar pasado después. No es un hotel barato pero vale cada peso pegado. De todas maneras volveremos !

Santa Cruz es un destino de clase mundial y qued**** en el Noi Blend fue una muy buena elección. Muy en línea con el entorno campestre, con excelentes instalaciones, hermoso jardín y rica piscina. El personal muy amable.

Just before the start of the tourist season it was very quiet, but the room was comfortable and the staff all helpful and friendly. Very good breakfasts, though the half board dinner menu was quite limited. Bicycles to rent, and a pool - but too cold at present! It is a very quiet area and if you haven’t got a car you’ll need a taxi!

The property is charming! the rooms were so peaceful and warm enough for a chilly night of winter. we were a large group of 8 couples and loved to be able to sit by the fire and be treated super nice by our bartender Cesar. we will definitely come back in the future, maybe during summer.
if there is one thing i would change would be the coffee. I could not understand why they would have a commercial machine instead of freshly brewed coffee.
