The beds are not comfortable and pillows very lumpy. The room was reasonably clean, but could have been cleaner. The bathroom sink area could have been cleaner. My husband and I totally DID NOT like the keeosk in the lobby greeting us. TERRIBLE! The grounds have not been kept up and the place looks like it needs a total faceliftand lots of work! As for people with any disabilities.....this is NOT the place to stay. There is NO elevator and again, the keeosk greeting in the lobby is very cold. Who do you see for any needs???? The "step" into the room we were staying in is VERY dangerous!

The property is not a 5 star Ritz Carlton but it doesn't pretend to be. It's a nice motel with quiet efficient heating, a decent bed and nice hot shower. The room also has a table with 2 chairs, coffeemaker, fridge and microwave. It's just an easy 10 minute drive to Stanford. We had a little trouble with our tv and Management came and fixed it straight away. We would definitely stay here again especially at the price.

Trip was cut two days short. My son was discharged from hospital hotel was kind enough to refund two days.

Walls are cracked old
Bed was hard as a rock as well as once the pillows get laid on after a while they are hard.

"Special Stanford Rate" was $18 higher than on-line rate, wifi didn't work, DirectTV didn't work properly. No onsite employee after 5-ish. Problems handled by a kiosk. The send the manager - 2 hours later. I had originally booked 2 nites, told them I was only staying one night. Manager said they would only charge for the one night. They charged for 2 anyway.
