A few days ago, we visited the Novotel in the city of Diyarbakir.I have to say that first of all the hotel was in an excellent location just a few minutes away from the city center and next to a large shopping mall. It had a very large parking, which helped us a lot because it was difficult to park outside the hotel. The staff welcomed us very warmly and were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were excellent, very modern and clean as well as the rooms. There was a very nice and clean indoor pool which was very relaxing after such a long and tiring trip. The room were very beautiful, modern, large and also offered you all the comforts you could wish for. We also tried the hotel's kitchen and everything was simply delicious. The breakfast was rich with many local delicacies, well cooked and generally had many things that anyone would want to eat. Finally, check in and check out were very quick and easy thanks to the quick help of the staff.

Personnel's health cleaning with Güler face is very good and I appreciate it from 10 on the breakfast I am very happy as a military staff and I thank you for your interest and concern 👌❤️✅ I recommend everyone

Otel sahibinden, temizlik personeline kadar hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve nazik insanlar. Bu benim için en önemli kriter. Gerek hijyen gerek güvenlik olsun kendinizi evinizde hissediyorsunuz. Diyarbakırın en güzel tarihi noktalarına yürüme mesafesinde. Gözünüz kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz. New Garden ailesine tekrardan teşekkür ederim, Ağustos'ta tekrardan görüşmek üzere.

A hotel is only as good as its crew -- and let me tell you the staff, from the front desk to bell boys to wait staff and cleaners -- is ever so eager to help. I stayed here for 5 nights and declined to move to another hotel at my company's request. Even the chef went out of his way to make me something special suitable to my South East Asian palate. And no, I didn't even request it. Goes to show they had wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I recommend this hotel highly for any business travel to Diyarbakir!
