The place is clean and the kitchen utensils are clean. You can see that they cleaned it very carefully. The RV campsite is neat and tidy, and the ground is clean. There are activities suitable for children, and they have a lot of fun.

Excellent location and 2 bedroom cabin was neat and tidy. Great park with beautiful friendly kangaroos and bird life. Most facilities were good although the spa was unserviceable and there was some roadworks being done. It is a great location and we will definitely be back again in the warmer months

The reception staff were wonderful.
The beach is a stones throw away and the Pambula River Mouth just around the corner is gorgeous!

I would like to give five stars as the score. However, the cabin was okay but it was not appropriately cleaned cause when we arrived, the kid's bunk bed didn't have bed sheets, so we had to make it on our own. The balcony still has the sand from previous guests. We must clean our dishes and cutlery before using them because there are stains on the plates. We had to mop the floor again, and it was dirty. As I said, it needed to be appropriately cleaned even though we arrived at 5 pm. The waterpark and arcade were excellent for the young family. The location is fantastic.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
There was a lounge room above the public kitchen which was great for small gatherings and chats after dinner.
The water park was good.
I am unhappy with G'day Rewards support as their website was broken and they did not apply my membership rewards.
The standard villa was old and smelly.
The water tap in the bathroom was leaking. The shower head was broken.
Internet reception was awful and the wifi was not usable - as expected!

This has to be one of the best parks I have stayed in. The location was fantastic being a stone throw from the beach. The accomodation cabin I stayed in was excellent being very clean and comfortable. Great bed, excellent kitchen facilities for cooking. Staff were friendly and checkin was a breeze. I had a truck and was able to park close to the cabin. Loved the kangaroos that in habit the park.

On the way to Melbourne with American friends we stopped at Pambula beach park after reading about the. kangaroos on site. The cabins were spotless and the staff were friendly the bed was comfortable the beach a couple hundred yards away, there are BBQ and s small shop.The park has everything you could want for a long term stay with children we would definitely stay again.

Amazing location! Very friendly staff and easy check in. Bush cabin/villa was lovely overlooking the grasslands. Our cabin was peaceful and in the nicest part of the park. Only complaint was kitchen needed a few more things like a chopping board, containers that things could be stored in the fridge. Otherwise, fantastic stay, would definitely go back!!!
