Rooms were good. But food was not as expected. There was no choice of breakfast. Whatever available was pretty bad. However staff were very friendly and polite. The management should make provision for better food and beverage services.

Been staying here whenever I'm in the country. I like the location: close to everything. Room is nice, and clean. All the staff are nice, courteous, and greets you with a smile. The breakfast served is good as well. Everyday is a different selection. The Bendix Hotel in San Fernando is my go to place when in Pampanga.

Its our second time we stayed in this hotel the first time was good but the this time its a little bit uncomfortable the hot water is not working but they transfer us in different room and its not really clean so maybe this will ne our last time staying in this hotel.

Overall it is a good experience.
The crews are very polite and helpful.
Hotel Building and Rooms.are a bit old.
Sound proofing is not that good as we can.hear the cars and buses outside.
Lots of places to buy food and.snacks just outside of the hotel.
