I went there during the Chinese New Year. The room was clean and tidy, and the food in the refrigerator was replenished every day. I sang karaoke, and the private room was very large! Good reviews! The hotel breakfast variety is very rich. In short, it is worth a visit.

心儀已久的一家酒店，這次趁清明小長假帶全家入住。雖然是淡季出遊，但酒店服務品質一點不馬虎。甚至凌晨小朋友吐了也能及時讓服務人員過來處理。我們的專屬管家Daniel也很奈斯，熱情周到，各種解疑答惑。總之，是一次很好的入住體驗，也期待下次遇見。

This time, a family of ten chose Tujuan No. 9 Resort for a trip. We were pleasantly surprised. We booked two villas with a great environment. I have to praise the staff here. Their service attitude is very good, especially Daniel the butler, who is enthusiastic and professional. It's a pity that the weather is a bit cold these two days. I plan to bring my family here again in the summer.

It was worth the trip, the service was perfect, thanks to the front desk customer service and all the service staff, the service was really responsive, my grandma needed a wheelchair, they prepared it for us in advance, the whole tour was very happy

春節期間攜老帶小至圖卷九號度假村小憩，體驗感可以用“驚喜”來形容。 位置： 酒店位於浙江磐安，依山而建，有着避世之美。居在山中，每天都能吸着大口的負離子。 環境設施： 酒店均為獨棟泳池別墅，此次入住的是三卧別墅，推門就有種驚艷感，映入眼簾的是私人泳池及層層疊疊的山巒。一層是客廳及廚房，二層為2間客房，三層是1間主卧，3間房間都套有衞浴，一樓還有公共衞生間，此外別墅還配備電梯，但為兩户共用，每户門口還配有停車位，進出非常方便。 周邊設施： 度假村裡有一座商業綜合體，包括電影院、KTV、咖啡店、書店、火鍋店及中餐廳，在入住期間的娛樂項目非常豐富。 服務： 服務熱情，接待中心辦理入住時，為每位入住客人準備了熱泡茶，房間內還準備了迎賓水果及伴手禮。管家厲依楠服務熱情周到，為我們詳細介紹了酒店各項服務，每次出入都會提前安排好短駁車，第一天晚上有點冷，考慮到家中有長者，還特地安排商務車接送，非常貼心，很不錯的體驗。

The concierge brother at the door warmly presented the hotel's welcome tea. It was warm. The front desk introduced it very clearly when checking in. The housekeeper added our WeChat in advance. It was very convenient to use the car in the hotel for three nights. The housekeeper Ann greeted us every day and was very timely when there was a service request. After dinner, I walked on the hotel plank road. It was comfortable and cozy 😌 The overall stay experience was very good. I hope I can take time to come again during the summer vacation
