What I feel most dissatisfied with is that the hotel has a karaoke room. It was around 10:20 in the middle of the night and guests were singing in ghosts and wolves. Although I was tired and wanted to sleep, I was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep. I started to call the front desk at 15 o’clock and found that there was no phone in the room. I used my mobile phone to call the hotel. I made three consecutive calls and no one answered. I called my husband up and went to the first floor to complain. It finally stopped. 10.
