Do not stay on room 422 at Shores of Panama!!! It’s is nasty and very outdated!! For all the money we paid for this condo. It was a big disappoin**ent!!!!! Not clean sheets were nasty!!! I had to wash them myself. Floors were filthy and showers as well. Closet doors broken. Stove rusted. Curtains nasty with broken curtain rod!! Sofa was very nasty and stained!!! I will never say here again!!! We pay cleaning fees for it to not be cleaned!!!!!😡😡😡

I Loved my Airbnb which we booked directly thru Airbnb. The host was also great. But some of the staff were the rudest i have ever seen. I travel a lot and I have never been so disrespected in my life. We were on family vacation we had 5 rooms, and each had problems with the staff bad part not the women staff 4 men staff. They all need to take a class on how to talk to people. I fell down and cut my foot all up being diabetic. I went to put in a report and then here comes this man stating he is property manager asking what do you want us to do about it. Head down praying so the old self won't come out. But like i stated every family member had a problem. Would I go back. I would have to say no unless the staff is trained on how to treat customers.

Terrible!!! This place is a joke! The condos are very old and smelly. They don’t clean well. The bed sheets have stains and hair on them. The bed sheet doesn’t even fit the mattress. You pay over $300 a night and you get only 2 toilet paper rolls for the entire stay! When we kindly asked to get more toilet paper, we were told to go to Walmart and get it ourselves. The sofa is completely destroyed. You can’t even sit on it, it is that terrible. We payed for the ocean front view and there is absolutely no view of the ocean from the room.

Unit 2029 is very dated. Both King beds were worn-out, and springs were broken. The worse night rest. Furniture did not match and it was dirty also everything from the sheer drapes, floors and toilet. Customer service never answered the phone. NOW The the views were beautiful and the Resort itself was full of activities that we enjoyed. The ground staff was very nice.

This place is awful. There were mice in the kitchen, the queen bed was broken, the bunk beds were broken and the toilet clogged. We called servicing and they never showed up. The location is great but the staff is rude. I would not recommend staying here.

This trip was an absolute disaster. The staff members were insanely rude and not helpful. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the experience was intolerable. Our room was dirty and outdated. Upon our arrival, the parking attendant treated us like criminals (four married women and a pregnant woman) because we had two parking passes. The check in process was chaotic and when we asked for help, they were rude. The rules were shoved down your throat. I love that they had strict security and it made us feel safe, but it was TOO much. When we tried to check out, they acted like we were stealing the luggage dolly. They asked for an ID which is okay, but there was no need to aggressively lock the dollies in front of us. I will never be back and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The wall in the master bedroom was pouring water down it and had black mold on the baseboard. It wasn't even raining outside. The indoor pool/hot tub was disgusting. The outdoor pool was freezing and nobody was able to swim in it. There were stains (from what we don't know) on the furniture. The dishwasher left the dishes dirty, leaving behind a black substance on the dishes (we hand washed everything). The front door of the unit was broken. The bar/restaurant wasn't open, even though it was advertised. The best thing about the property was the parking, as it was close to our 10th floor unit. Overall it was terrible. We left a day early. We would never go back.

The elevators were broken pretty much our entire stay. The parking deck is so tight that I could barely get my mid-size suv through it. We will not be staying here again. We stayed here through airbnb. The room was very nice and updated. The pool was okay.

We had a lovely stay at Shores of Panama. We were on the ground level and could easily come & go anytime. We booked through a private owner, but the security staff at SOP were all very friendly. Loved seeing so much security all around resort at all hours. Resort was clean and felt safe. Pool was cold, but probably fine during the warm day. White sandy beaches are clean & gorgeous. Even though we didn’t have great weather all week, we found things to do around town (escape room, shopping, wonder works) and had a great vacation. Parking can get annoying if you have a big vehicle, but it all worked out. Overall, lovely resort with nice amenities and friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend this to others!
