The hotel does not have the services offered on *******'s website. It does not have an operating restaurant. The terrace shown in the photos is not available due to construction. The lobby does not have ac. The room had a broken bathroom door, the TV had no channels, there were no hangers... to the point that we decided to shorten our planned stay from three nights to one. The hotel promised to refund me the two nights that we did not enjoy and I am still waiting for the refund from ******* with the hotel's ok. Bad experience

Nice staff! Roof top, restaurant. Good food. Clarins products! Free coffee Nespresso. Free water bottles every day. Mini fridge. I would of liked a place to put my things in the bathroom and more light. Small room. Netflix, on TV did not worked. Please put additional toilet paper in bathroom and a place to hang the small towels.

The property is new, it was clean and personnel was very nice, warm and polite. Location is Casco Viejo with lots of options to eat walking distance, very good food around and nice night environment, pretty safe too. We liked it

Great hotel. Just opened from my understanding so it still needs some fixing up to do but I would come back. Wish there was a long mirror and an iron but I can live without it. Great location, so close to everything.
