Hi I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband the rooms were nice and big but our a.c didn't work the first night and all they offered to do was switch our room and give us a $10 spa credit THIS IS PANAMA it was 90 degrees outside we woke up sweating!!! And all they offer us is a $10 spa credit which I didn't take on the principle of it!! And then when we switched they said they will send someone to help with the luggage and he never came. So basically the hotel was nice but service was definitely lacking probably will go to the Hilton next time unless the w reaches out to us about our experience...

Siempre escogimos este hotel para hospedarnos. La ubicación esta en el centro de Panama, es muy fácil llegar a cualquier lugar desde este hotel. El servicio esta excelente como siempre, siempre nos ayudaban en cualquier cosa. La comida esta delicioso, y lo bueno es que ellos tienen menu para pedir en la noche y es super bueno. La próxima vez definitivamente nosotros vamos a hospedarnos aquí otra vez.
