The room is big, but not fully functional, there is no bathtub, no USB charging port, the flushing toilet in the bathroom is too loud, dare not flush at night, it will wake people up

My husband and I stayed here for a birthday/Father’s Day gift and we would definitely do it again. Our room was beautiful, the food at the buffet was well done, but the best part of our experience here was how helpful and accommodating the staff were. We would like to thank Ivan at concierge for making us feel extremely welcomed during our visit.

The staff at Sortis is the best! I have been coming to this hotel at least 6-10 times a year for the last 15 years for a very nice, perfectly located hotel and mostly, it's staff The front desk staff is very helpful. Ivan the concierge is excellent and always helpful, Omar and Jeremy are always there to help. Most speak English which comes in handy since I do not speak Spanish well enough! Highly recommend!
